Kamala Harris will not be the woman who wins this year’s US election, according to a psychic who has predicted that Michelle Obama will be the next US president.
Jemima Packington of Bath calls herself Mystic Veg and uses the power of the plant to make predictions about the future.
Last week, Jemima predicted that “a lady” will win the US election in November this year. She confirmed on ITV’s Lorraine that she believes Michelle Obama will be the one to take over the White House in January.
Last week, the asparagus psychic went viral after appearing on Jeremy Vine’s Radio 2 morning segment, where she asked the asparagus who was going to win the US election.
Jeremy Vine asked: ‘Could you just put the asparagus together and ask them to tell us Biden or Trump in November?’
Jemima Packington, pictured, known as ‘Mystic Veg’, predicted on ITV’s Lorraine that Michelle Obama will be the ‘lady’ to win the US election in November.
Responding to the request, Jemima said: “Okay, I’ll tell you it’s neither of those, it’s a lady!” she replied, reading the mystic’s message.
“I keep getting told this: the next president of the United States will be a woman,” she confirmed.
Following her initial prediction on the Radio 2 show last week, Lorraine presenter Christine Lampard spoke to Jemima via video link today, who outlined her method of predicting the future using the vegetable.
Jemima explained: ‘I take the asparagus and throw them on a flat surface and they form patterns that I can interpret and make predictions from the patterns I see.’
“For me it’s pretty simple. For other people it might be a little strange, but for me it’s pretty simple.”
Speaking about her unusual talent, Jemima added that she had been making predictions since she was a “little girl”.
Christine then explained that there may be some method behind this madness, recalling that Jemima had accurately predicted a number of events including: Brexit, Mexgixt, Boris Johnson becoming Prime Minister and the death of the Queen.
Last week on Jeremy Vine’s Radio 2 show, Jemima predicted that a “lady” would win the election. On Tuesday on Lorraine, she used a bunch of asparagus to predict who it would be.

However, the asparagus is not always right in her predictions, as Jemima had said that England would win the Euros before the tournament. England reached the final, but lost 2-1 to Spain.
“They narrowly missed out,” Jemima insisted. “I still thought they were going to do well in the competition.”
“So they did, and it’s exactly the right thing to do,” Christine agreed.
Turning her attention to the upcoming US election, Christine asked the fortune teller if she had any more predictions about who would take over as president.
‘I’ve seen the initial M. I’ve predicted that it will actually be Michelle Obama.
“She’s the quiet one coming from the inside,” he suggested, dismissing the suggestion that Vice President Kamala Harris could be next in line to win the election.
Pictured: Jemima talks about Lorraine with presenter Christine Lampard. She also predicted that the presenter’s husband Frank Lampard will be the next England manager.
“Because she has experience in the White House. Her husband did his part and she supported him, so I suspect he is supporting her now. We know that anything can happen in America, but my prediction is that it will be Michelle.”
As she tossed the asparagus onto the flat surface in front of her, Jemima looked back at Michelle’s predictions of victory, pointing out an “M” shape in the vegetables.
However, he does not believe that victory will be a bed of roses.
“But I do see a bit of conflict here, so it could be that things get a bit naughty when it comes to actual nominations and elections, but I still see the letter M.”
And it’s not just presidential predictions that influence asparagus.
Lorraine host Tyler West asked Mystic Veg who he thought would be the next manager of the England football team.
Jemima tossed the asparagus again and said: “I’m looking for initials. What I see here is an ‘F’ and I also see an ‘A’ and an ‘L’. Who do we know whose name has an ‘F’, an ‘A’ and an ‘L’ in it? Could it be Frank Lampard?”
Tyler replied, “I mean, I’m not saying it.”
Prompting laughter from both Christine, who is married to the former Chelsea star, and Tyler, Jemima confirmed it was not her opinion, but that of the asparagus.
“Seriously, I’m not the one saying it, the asparagus are,” he insisted.
