Orlando Bloom is no stranger to film success, having starred in two epic franchises – The Lord of the Rings and Pirates of the Caribbean – but he has now revealed that there is a major film on his list of credits that he made and actually made. I do not want to do it.

The 47-year-old British actor participated in a new interview with Varietywhere he was asked if he could remember several lines he had said in different films.

He was given a line from a particular hit, which grossed almost half a billion dollars worldwide when it was in theaters, but he couldn’t place it.

When the actor finally realized what movie it was, he admitted, “By the way, I think I just erased that movie from my brain.”

While the film was undoubtedly a summer box office hit, Bloom did not have fond memories of the 2004 film…Troy with Brad Pitt.

Bloom played Paris, the younger brother of Hector (Eric Bana), the commander of the Trojan armies, in director Wolfgang Petersen’s film.

He was already a household name, coming from the Lord of the Rings trilogy and the first Pirates of the Caribbean film, The Curse of the Black Pearl.

Bloom admitted, “A lot of people love that movie, but for me, playing that character was like…” as the actor made a move to slit his own throat.

‘Am I allowed to say all these things? I didn’t want to make the movie. “I didn’t want to play this character,” she said.

Bloom admitted, “The movie was great.” It was Brad (Pitt) and Eric (Bana) and Peter O’Toole and I thought, “How am I going to play this character? It went completely against everything I had felt in my being.”

He added that part of the script called for Paris to “crawl on the floor, having been hit by someone and just holding his brother’s leg.”

Bloom said he admitted, “I’m not going to be able to do this,” although one of his agents at the time told him, “But that’s the time I’m going to make it.”

“I completely fell in love with that agent line, and that’s why I erased it from my mind,” Bloom admitted.

Bloom would continue on in the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise and recently exited Gran Turismo and Carnival Row.

He recently starred in Red Right Hand, which also starred Garret Dillahunt and Andie MacDowell.
