Salvatore Coco rose to fame in the late ’90s when he starred in Heartbreak High as the popular and charismatic Costa ‘Con’ Bordino from 1994 to 1997.
And the 49-year-old actor has added a number of impressive professions to his name over the years.
Appearing on The Morning Show on Friday, Salvatore revealed his latest venture as a professional emcee.
‘I’m a master of ceremonies. I just plan a lot of weddings and do a lot of corporate events,” she shared.
Salvatore confessed that he is often recognized by older generations at events like Con.

“A lot of people sometimes forget that I played Con at Heartbreak High and then it’s their parents who say, ‘Isn’t that (Con) what?'” he admitted.
The animator is also an acting coach and guides aspiring actors in techniques, audition skills, and character development.
During his Morning Show appearance, Salvatore reflected on the legacy of Heartbreak High, which is celebrating its 30th anniversary.
Heartbreak High was a teen soap opera set in Sydney that aired on Channel 10 and the ABC between 1994 and 1999 and became a cultural phenomenon.

Reflecting on the show’s success, Salvatore said, “I thought it was another audition, a small role… and then, boom, it blew up.”
‘We couldn’t go anywhere. We were bombed everywhere we went. It was really a surreal feeling,” she admitted.
The series has since been rebooted for Netflix as an Australian comedy-drama series.
Beyond Heartbreak High, Salvatore has a wide variety of credits, including roles in Home and Away, Underbelly: The Golden Mile, East West 101, and the Shirley Barrett comedy film Walk the Talk.
