Olivia Rodrigo fans were left furious after Co-op Live posted an update about the singers’ rescheduled dates.
The Good 4 U hitmaker was forced to cancel the Manchester dates of her Guts world tour in May after the historic £350million Co-op Arena postponed its inaugural show for the third time.
Both Olivia’s show on Friday and Saturday in the city were cancelled, and the venue has now revealed details about the rescheduled dates which will be announced next week.
However, fans were left furious after waiting five months for an update, with many fans already requesting refunds after assuming the tour was over.
On Instagram, Co-op Live wrote: “Rescheduled dates for Olivia Rodrigo’s two previously postponed shows in Manchester will be announced next week. Stay tuned!’

However, the statement did not go down well with fans, who took to the comments to share their outrage.
They wrote: ‘lol I literally just sent the email requesting the refund’;
I got mine refunded 2 days ago and now you do this! Now I don’t have tickets because it took you 5 months to do something and you thought it would never be rescheduled!’;

Olivia previously said she was “very disappointed” and “very disheartened” to postpone the Manchester shows after venues scheduled “mismanagement” of the arena opening.
They said they had to cancel the show after a piece of ventilation equipment “separated from the ducts” in what they blamed on a “factory defect” related to the piece of equipment.
In a statement on Instagram, Olivia Rodrigo said: ‘Hello! I’ve had a great time in Europe so far and I’m very disappointed that we won’t be able to perform in Manchester due to technical issues related to the venue.
‘We are doing everything we can to schedule the show. You can keep your tickets for more information or request a refund at the point of purchase. More information will be sent directly to ticket holders.
“I’m very bummed and really hope to see you all soon.”
Olivia previously said she was “very disappointed” and “very disheartened” to postpone the Manchester shows after venues scheduled “mismanagement” of the arena opening.
Hysterical fans took to social media to lash out at bosses for failing to prepare the arena for the third time after previously postponing other opening shows.
Olivia fan Lee Middleton, who had tickets to Saturday’s show, told MailOnline: “I can’t believe they spent millions of pounds on this place and a bit of an air conditioning unit falls out.”
“I was really looking forward to it. I never go out at night and this was a big deal for me,” TikToker Chelsea Salt said in a video she posted after Olivia’s news broke.
‘We spent a lot of time planning, talking about it, booking hotels, booking surprises, I booked my makeup online to finish it, I bought matching bracelets, we spent time talking about outfits.
‘I am absolutely devastated. “It’s a shame and they’ve let so many people down.”
