Nicole Kidman’s husband Keith Urban has criticized his daughter Sunday Rose’s recent runway debut.
The 16-year-old walked the runway as part of Miu Miu’s Paris Womenswear Spring-Summer 2025 show for Paris Fashion Week earlier this month.
talking to MY! NewsThe country rocker, 56, praised his eldest daughter’s inaugural parade, describing it as “very good.”
She added that she hoped her daughter would capitalize on her burgeoning modeling career by “paying her dues” with hard work.
“At the end of the day, anything any of us choose to do involves an enormous amount of work,” Keith said.
“So get in the trenches and start paying dues too.”
The teenager was in good company for her modeling debut, sharing the catwalk with actors such as Americans Willem Dafoe and Hillary Swank, model Amelia Grey, British rapper Little Simz and South Korean actress Nicha Yontararak, better known as Minnie.
Sunday Rose was also joined by fellow ‘nepo boy’ Eliot Sumner, a descendant of British rock icon Sting and his wife Trudy Styler, who was also making her catwalk debut.

She modeled a sleeveless white dress with delicate ribbon embellishment from the Italian couture brand.
She paired the dress with a pair of light gray leg warmers and a pair of black peep-toe heels.

Sunday Rose’s famous mother, Nicole Kidman, was in attendance and the couple later went out together for Miu Miu dinner.
However, on TikTok, it was Sunday Rose’s serious stomp that quickly went viral, with commenters criticizing her and suggesting she look for another career.

‘Who was your coach?’ one TikTok user asked, and many people suggested having their A-list parents pay for modeling lessons.
Not everyone was so negative, with one person coming to her defense, writing, “She’s only 16 so don’t be too mean,” though they added, “but nepotism is alive and well.”

Aside from Sunday, Keith and Nicole also share 13-year-old daughter Faith Margaret.
Nicole also shares two adopted children, Bella, 31, and Connor, 29, with her ex Tom Cruise.
