The Voice Australia looks set to have a major cast change following Guy Sebastian’s shock exit from the singing competition this week.

Reports have emerged that current coaches Kate Miller-Heidke and Adam Lambert are set to follow the 43-year-old hitmaker out the door.

And a source claimed the network is trying to lure former fan favorites, including Keith Urban, to return as coach.

“The line-up Channel Seven wants is Keith Urban, Jessica Mauboy, Ronan Keating and LeAnn Rimes,” a source said. Yahoo Lifestyle on Saturday.

Urban, 57, last appeared on the reality show as a coach in 2022 and fans were ecstatic when he appeared earlier this year as a guest.

“Keith was asked about returning when he recorded a performance for the grand finale and seemed open to the idea, as long as it works with his wife Nicole Kidman’s plans to return to Australia at the same time,” the source said.

The source also confirmed that American singer Rimes, 42, is likely to return in 2025.

“In the lead-up to the end of this year, LeAnn’s management continued to talk about the upcoming series and what she plans to do differently,” the source added.

They also said that fans shouldn’t expect to see Kate has returned since appearing “a little out of place” on the show.

Meanwhile, Ronan Keating, 47, was last seen on The Voice Australia in 2016 and has appeared as a judge on the series in the UK and Germany.

The source said the former Boyzone singer was very interested in appearing again on the Australian version of the show.
