She said: “We are a blended family and sometimes I feel like people can’t understand how you can make something work and have it look different or chaotic from the outside.”

“They just can’t understand what they don’t know, but I’m sitting here with five amazing kids and my life has continued and flourished and gotten better, despite the traumas I’ve been through in my personal life.

‘Did I ever want any of that? Of course not! God, you must be crazy! Sometime I wish some of that for you, but I can’t live in the past.

‘I’m never going to say I wish that didn’t happen. I’m not going to wish my life away. Everything has made me the woman I am today.

‘I’m probably more tolerant than most people because I’ve been through a lot. I don’t judge anyone by their circumstances. Absolutely not.

‘I judge people how they treat me. You know, how you show respect to people, like they’re the important things.

Speaking about how empowering her new single is, she said: “When you’re going through a breakup, in my experience, it’s probably the weakest and lowest you’ll ever really feel.”

“You get that sick knot in your stomach where you know you’re going to have to walk away but you have a lot to lose.”

Speaking about current life, he said:

Speaking about life today, she said: “There’s something really empowering that comes through that darkness, because for me, for the first time, I had to learn to take care of myself,” pictured with her family.

‘You might have a home, you might have a child, you might have a marriage. You feel like you’re going to lose everything.

“It’s the sickest, darkest feeling I’ve ever felt in my life, walking away, especially from a divorce, or especially from the breakdown of a marriage.

“But there’s something really empowering that comes through that darkness, because for me, for the first time, I had to learn to take care of myself.”

Speaking about what he learned from his past, he said: “I’m not looking for someone else to come and be my hero and pick me up and then live life their way, so if they leave again…

“I’m down on the ground again and I don’t know what I’m doing and I have to learn what to do again and I think I held on to a lot of my insecurities or my lack of self-confidence.

‘I looked for the partner, the person in my life, the man who would strengthen me and make me feel strong. And it took me a little while.

“But what I realized is that unless I have figured things out for myself, figured it out myself, without looking to anyone else, looking internally, looking at my weaknesses, looking at bad decisions and owning my shit”. and saying, “It’s okay that I didn’t do well, but how can I improve it in the future?”

‘All life is an experience and even with the best intentions things can go wrong. So for me it was, I wanted a song of pain but also showing the strength of “I’m okay and you’ll be okay.”

“You can walk away, you can be in the shit, and you can still thrive in the future.”

Natasha said she had a conversation with her children before she came back into the spotlight and that she is very protective of her children.

She said: ‘I’m very open with my children. And even before we got into this project, I sat them down and said, “Look, I just want to talk to you because you don’t, Mom hasn’t been in the spotlight like this before. And people can say things or they could change towards you. You may hear something you don’t like.

“Someone might say something about me. But you have to remember that they are just rumors and not a reflection of you or me. We know the truth. We know who we are. So stay positive, stay strong.

“And if there’s anything, if anything happens, come to me and we’ll discuss it and then we can work on it.”

Because they just see me as a mom, they love me and they adore me and I imagine that if they said something or heard something, they would be very angry. And that does bother me, that part of coming back.

Sometimes it’s like throwing them into the line of fire a little bit. But this is what I do and it’s what I do best.

So, we’ve had conversations, I’ve talked to them at length, you know, over the years, anyway, and the kids are happy, they’re supportive, they’re excited.
