Clark County District Court Judge Joe Hardy sentenced Langham to probation in September 2023 on several counts of assault by a prisoner, records show.
At that time, he bit one correctional officer at the Clark County Detention Center and threw a rock at another. He had pleaded guilty to the charge.
Langham was also charged and later pleaded guilty to assault causing substantial bodily harm in 2022, according to court documents reviewed by The charge.
