Mollie King is enjoying a weekend in bed as she admitted the last few days ‘feel like a dream’ after finishing her marathon 500km Red Nose Day charity bike ride.
The Saturdays singer, 36, appeared in good spirits as she beamed for an Instagram selfie in bed on Sunday as she enjoyed a well-deserved rest after raising over £1.1million for Comic Relief.
She showed off her natural beauty while wearing a pair of navy pajamas as she admitted it’s ‘weird to wake up and not have pure panic and dread’ about the day ahead.
In a video, Mollie said: ‘Good morning I’ve just woken up and it’s so weird and it literally feels like the last few days have been a dream.
‘It’s strange to wake up and not have the pure panic and fear of the day before the challenge.

‘It’s crazy, I can’t believe it. I think it’s going to take time to sink in because of the pace of everything this week, it’s hard to understand what’s happened.
‘I keep thinking back to everyone who took the time to wave and stand on the street and in their shop doors, it’s hard to get your head around it. It’s crazy.’
The Radio 1 presenter went on to thank fans who supported her on the streets and sent her messages of encouragement.
She continued: ‘I trained for 6 weeks for the challenge and couldn’t tell anyone about it because we hadn’t announced it and so it felt like a solo challenge and seeing everyone during the week and seeing everyone show their support and for all your messages, thank you.
‘I just wanted to say a huge thank you again, it will take a few days or weeks to sink in but I will never ever ever ever forget it, so thank you.’
She captioned the selfie: ‘Waking up this morning knowing we’ve raised over ONE MILLION Pounds for @comicrelief…actually sinking in!’

On Friday night, Mollie appeared on the BBC’s Comic Relief following her grueling week-long challenge, when it was revealed she had raised over £1.1million.
Emotional Mollie received a hero’s welcome from fiance Stuart Broad and their 16-month-old daughter Annabella as she completed her marathon 500km charity bike ride on Friday.
After breaking down in tears as she prepared to finish the ride in her late father’s hometown of Hull, Mollie was overwhelmed as the crowds cheered her across the finish line.
The singer took the epic journey from London to the East Riding of Yorkshire in memory of her late father Stephen, who died of a brain tumor in 2022.
As a result, Mollie raised a staggering £1 million for Comic Relief and said after the challenge: ‘Oh my god, thank you all for coming down.
‘I’m absolutely overwhelmed… I can’t believe we’ve raised £1 million. It was time for me to think about my father and know that he made the journey with me.’
With only hours to go until the end of the challenge, and as she neared her final destination of Hull – her late father’s home town – Mollie was overcome with emotion.
Sitting in the back of a car, Mollie sobbed: ‘It’s the first time in ages I’ve really felt proud of myself and I’m pretty hard on myself in general but it’s so beyond what I’m physically capable of .
“I’m not a strong person, but to get to day five, I thought, ‘Mol, you should be proud of yourself here’. This is crazy.’
Mollie lost her beloved father Stephen to a brain tumor in November 2022, just days after welcoming daughter Annabella with fiance Stuart.
His death came as a huge shock after Mollie explained that he had been fit and healthy prior to his diagnosis and had even completed the London Marathon.

On Wednesday morning, Mollie’s retired cricketer fiance Stuart acknowledged her remarkable achievement.
The former Nottinghamshire and England fast bowler, 37, took to Instagram and posted a tribute, reportedly from their daughter Annabella.
It read: ‘To my amazing mum, good luck with your cycling challenge! I’m so proud of you! I look forward to seeing you at the finish line for a big hug.’
The message also included a picture of Annabella, cut and pasted on a miniature bicycle made of cardboard and lollipops.
