The Married At First Sight bride, who celebrated her 27th birthday on Friday, flaunted her assets in a form-fitting red dress as she partied with friends for the occasion.
The reality star now sports some very ample assets, which she made the most of in the low-cut dress.
She was back on top again on Saturday, showing off her surgically enhanced cleavage as she posed in her kitchen in a hobo-style mini dress with a plunging neckline.
The wife of fellow MAFS alum Ridge Barredo first worried fans when her 27-year-old husband revealed she was in the hospital for a mysterious condition earlier this month.
But the star later confirmed to Daily Mail Australia that she had decided to replace and enlarge her breast implants while visiting Türkiye.
While recovering from surgery, Ridge showed his fans Jade’s new implants as he shared a photo of himself posing with her on his Instagram Stories.
Alongside a photo of him smiling next to his partner’s chest in a bikini, he wrote mischievously: “Me and my new chest friends.”

Jade recently told Daily Mail Australia how she had her breast implants removed and replaced with larger ones, 10 years after she first had them fitted.
“I got them done almost 10 years ago so I decided it was time to get them removed or redone,” explained Jade, mother to eight-year-old daughter Victoria.
“But because I’m so young, I decided to redo them. So yeah, I took them out and put in new ones. But I haven’t told anyone yet.
“I made it a little bit bigger because it looked better.”
She was discharged from the hospital days after Ridge was seen standing at her bedside and supporting her after surgery.

Sharing a snap of Jade in her hospital bed, Ridge wrote in a caption: “She’s alive,” but remained coy about the details of her admission.
In a sweet gesture, Ridge also revealed that he had brought Jade a mix of “hot food and some cold food,” including her favorite fruits: pineapple and oranges.
Jade, who looked comfortable in her hospital bed, responded with a warm, “Ahh, so nice,” as Ridge coddled her.
Adding a playful element to the situation, Ridge encouraged fans to “guess the surgery” in a series of Instagram Stories, before Jade confirmed her implant surgery.
The star later confirmed to Daily Mail Australia that she had decided to replace and enlarge her breast implants while visiting Türkiye, and that Ridge (pictured) was enjoying the results.

The couple then soaked up the sun on their holiday in Türkiye and did some sightseeing to make the most of their trip after Jade’s surgery.
Earlier this month, the loved-up couple also marked a special milestone in their relationship, celebrating their first wedding anniversary.
Ridge, known for his catchphrase “deece” on MAFS, took to Instagram to reflect on his journey since their first meeting at the altar.
She was full of praise: “This time last year I got married to a complete stranger. I guess the rest is history now.”
