Holly Greenstein responded to online trolls after a customer shared a video claiming she “denied” them entry to the movie theater where she works for a strange reason.

The MAFS 2022 star, 38, returned to her day job at Reading Cinemas Auburn, but was upset this week when a video of her at her workplace circulated online.

A customer shared a 10-second video on TikTok that claimed to show Holly denying her and her 10-year-old son entry to the movies because she was “on her period.”

However, a source says there’s more to the story, stating that the customer was not allowed in after bringing a pizza to the theater, which is against the venue’s rules.

The TikTok shows the mother, off-camera, saying, “He said I can’t come in because he feels like it.” She says, “I can deny entry to anyone I want” and she doesn’t give me any reason.

While making a drink behind the counter, Holly is heard saying: ‘It’s because I’m on my period, isn’t that what you said?’ before the client starts speaking again.

The mother asks: ‘So you’re not letting me in today because you’re on your period?’ before the 10-second-long video abruptly ends.

Speaking to Daily Mail Australia, a source claimed that the client had been the one to raise the ‘dot’ issue and that his own comment had only been a response to that.

They claimed customers were politely told they could not consume pizza in the cinema, and Holly has been attacked by online trolls since the images circulated.

“They brought hot food, my boss, not even me, politely asked them to finish the food before going to the movies,” they shared.

‘I tried to get away from the situation, I did everything I could to not get involved in the situation.

“My boss was trying to figure it out, and I got into this because they were asking me where the terms and conditions were for the sign-in.”

He insisted his workplace only turned people away as a “last resort” and said it was not his decision to turn them away from the cinema on this occasion.

However, Holly (pictured by MAFS) told there's more to the story, claiming the customer was not allowed in after bringing a pizza to the cinema, which is against the venue's rules.
