A Married at First Sight bride has been granted a second chance at love after her original beau made a shocking exit just two days into their honeymoon.

Daily Mail Australia can reveal Lauren Hall, who initially married Gold Coast boyfriend Eliot Donovan, will return to the show as a crasher bride in the highly-anticipated 2025 series.

Lauren was spotted filming a second wedding in Sydney last Friday, where she was paired with professional golfer Clint Rice.

The two reportedly hit it off right away, raising hopes that Lauren’s tumultuous journey on the show could finally have a happy ending.

On Monday, the newlyweds were spotted arriving hand-in-hand for their first dinner date.

A source close to Lauren revealed that the 36-year-old was delighted with her new match.

“She was absolutely thrilled with Clint,” the source shared.

“He’s exactly her type: older, more mature, richer and someone who really knows what he wants in life. Lauren felt an instant connection with him and is hopeful this time.”

Rice, originally from Launceston, Tasmania, recently ended a long-term relationship, paving the way for his appearance on the hit reality series.

The 44-year-old golfer, known for his calm demeanor and love of the outdoors, was a surprising but perfect match for Lauren.

Clint’s friends describe him as “super calm and down to earth,” qualities that made him an instant hit with the show’s producers.

“Clint is the kind of guy who is well-spoken, always up for a good time and is really genuine,” a close friend of the golfer shared.

“He’s the kind of person who can get along with anyone and is taking this opportunity to find love very seriously.”

Daily Mail Australia revealed that Eliot packed her bags and booked a return ticket home before the ink was dry on their marriage certificate.

According to sources close to the show, Donovan had to deal with the pressures of the show and felt overwhelmed by the fast pace of the experiment.

“Eliot just wasn’t prepared for all that intensity,” a source close to the groom revealed.

‘He thought he was, but once they were on their honeymoon, it all became too much and he decided to walk away.’

Photos taken by Daily Mail Australia on August 6 showed the MAFS crew frantically trying to protect Lauren when she arrived alone for the first dinner.

The first commitment ceremony also saw a shocking mass exodus: three couples split up in the first two weeks of filming in an “unprecedented” twist.

“We’re already down to six people and it’s only been two weeks. The pressure on the rest of the cast is enormous and it’s creating a lot of tension,” a source shared.

Cast members are reportedly divided over the walkouts, with some expressing relief at the departure of those they deemed “toxic,” while others are furious.

Joining newcomer Clint and Lauren as fellow intruders to spice things up are couple Teejay Halkias and Bethy Kelly, who have already tied the knot in scenes filmed on Tuesday.

Amid the casting chaos, Daily Mail Australia recently revealed that the new batch of intruders were brought in with one strict condition: bring drama.

Each of them has been carefully selected for their potential to cause a stir among existing couples after six contestants abruptly left the show, a source revealed.

“They were told from the beginning that they had to create tension and keep the drama flowing,” they shared.

Last season, two of the three intruding couples failed to survive and remained in the experiment for a few days before sensationally abandoning it.

‘Producers have made it clear that they don’t want a repeat of Ash (Galati) and Maddy (Maxwell), where they called it quits after three days.’

Determined not to let history repeat itself, the show’s creators are going all out this time.

Season 12, which is currently filming in Sydney, has already lost six contestants in the first two weeks of shooting, and crashers have been warned to wait for this to happen.

“Even if they don’t get along romantically, they have been asked to wait until the end of filming,” the source added.

‘The producers want the drama to live on no matter what.’

The strict conditions have reportedly led to some intense and fierce clashes, with intruders determined to leave their mark.

From thrilling adventures to shocking betrayals, nothing is off limits as newcomers shake up the group dynamic.
