Madeline Holtznagel showed off her luxurious sense of style as she stepped out for lunch in Bondi Beach on Thursday.

The 27-year-old model looked effortlessly chic in a black off-the-shoulder jumper and blue flared jeans as she enjoyed the balmy day.

She added some very luxurious accessories to her ensemble, as she sported a pair of $2,210 Chanel sneakers made from mesh and calfskin suede.

Madeline, who is Simone Holtznagel’s younger sister, also sported a pair of $760 cat-eye sunglasses while walking the runway for the luxury fashion brand.

She pulled her golden hair back into a ponytail and opted for a natural makeup palette to complete her look.

Madeline is the younger sister of Australia’s Next Top Model finalist Simone, although she also has another sister, Anna.

Madeline is currently dating billionaire and owner of the Merivale hotel group, Justin Hemmes.

She is often seen disembarking from her seaplane after a lavish vacation with the CEO, who is now worth around $1.39 billion.

The couple quietly began seeing each other in 2019, a year after she debuted on the Financial Review Rich List with an estimated net worth of $951 million.

Last June, Madeline sparked engagement rumors when her most attentive fans noticed she was wearing a ring on her ring finger.

One image showed her sporting the jewels as she cuddled up to Justin as they enjoyed a bowl of Udon noodles together at a restaurant in Japan.

But the ring appeared to be a turquoise dress ring, and another photograph showed her wearing a different ring on the same finger as she posed for a selfie.
