Luke Littler crashed out of Premier Darts League Night 12 in the quarter-finals after another loss to Michael Smith.
It was Smith’s fourth Premier League win over Littler in the Darts Premier League.
Smith beat Littler 6-3 to reach the semi-finals in Rotterdam.
It was a high quality match, in which both players made four 180s and averaged scores of over 100.
However, some ruthless work from Smith was enough to see the 17-year-old prodigy through.

The Bully Boy actually wasted a dart to give Littler a silver lining and a potential route back into the game.
But Littler needed 80 and couldn’t find it, and Smith finished him off with a double six.
While Warrington’s leading darts export recorded an average of 100.34, an admirable score, Smith was his superior with 102.32.
Going into the night, Littler was the favorite in the Premier League ahead of Luke Humphries, who beat him in the World Darts Championship final in January.
