The pair chatted intently and leaned into each other before the hunk wrapped his arm, which is in a cast, around the leggy beauty’s waist.
They appeared in separate series of the ITV2 show with Samantha, 26, being dumped from the villa last month, while Sammy, 23, won the show in 2023 with ex Jess Harding.
Samantha set many people’s pulses racing that same night when she stepped onto the red carpet in a thigh-high white minidress with daring cutouts.
Meanwhile, Sammy kept it casual in a beige shirt and dark trousers, although it has not been revealed how he injured his arm.

Samantha was booted from the show after TOWIE star Joey Essex, 33, reconnected with his ex Grace Jackson days after she entered the Mallorca villa.
She and Joey were together for two weeks before Grace’s entrance and the blonde beauty had clearly started to develop feelings for the star.
This comes after Joey was publicly shamed by his mum Lynne after he ‘ruined’ the scouser’s time in the villa, leaving viewers demanding ‘justice’.
Following Tuesday’s “heartbreaking” episode, when the Liverpool native was dumped, Lynne quickly came to her daughter’s defence.
After ITV posted a photo of Joey looking depressed by the campfire on the show’s Instagram, Lynne commented on the post: ‘You ruined my daughters 2 weeks in the villa (broken heart emoji) (sic).’
The comment attracted almost 100 likes within minutes before Samantha responded with a fierce attack on the reality TV star.
Samantha joked: “Yes, Lynne, he is a bastard.”
The couple couldn’t wipe the huge smiles off their faces.
The pair were flirting non-stop as they joined their fellow Love Island stars at the event.

The mother-daughter duo’s swipe comes just after Love Island fans demanded “justice” for Samantha while branding Joey a “master manipulator”.
Samantha found herself without a love interest after Joey’s ex-girlfriend entered the villa and quickly rekindled their romance.
As the new bombshell, Grace decided to pair up with Joey, with Samantha being the only girl left single at the end of the relationship.
Nicole Samuel received a text message telling her that Samantha had been dumped in the villa, causing her and Harriett Blackmore to burst into tears.
Grace tried to apologize to Samantha while packing, but Samantha told her she “didn’t want to hear it.”

Joey said he had been with her “for two weeks,” but Samantha said anything he said to her would just be “nonsense.”
Viewers were left devastated by Samantha’s shock exit from the villa, with some insisting she should make a bombshell comeback, while many praised her for how she handled Joey and Grace.
