Love Island presenter Maya Jama stuns in a revealing black dress as she enters the villa during tonight’s launch show.
The presenter, 29, gathers the new cast around the campfire before revealing a shocking twist, with the islanders – including Patsy Field, Jess White and Sean Stone – stunned by the unexpected turn of events.
After docking, Maya asks the islanders how they found their first day in paradise, before announcing: “It’s good to see you’re all settled in, but as you know, you’re on Love Island.” You should always expect the unexpected.
It comes after the show’s executive producer told MailOnline that the line-up will be combined in a completely new way in this series – which could leave them vulnerable.
Mike Spencer said: ‘We’ve also changed the format of the first day and there will be something very new, it’s not a public vote… but there will be a new way of bringing our Islanders together.

“I hope it surprises the islanders… I don’t want to say too much, but there will be an element of a new game that will lead to their partners without them knowing.”
On keeping both viewers and contestants on their toes this season, Mike added: I think the audience wants that and they want to be entertained throughout the series and it’s good to keep things fresh and remind them that they’re here to find love.
Maya’s shocking announcement comes after the islanders came together based on their early opinions of each other.
The host asked the cast to rate each other in order of “who you think came across the most as boyfriend-girlfriend material” to “who gave off the least relationship vibes.”
Divided into girls and boys, the contestants agree among themselves, but their decisions irritate the group.
The results of the challenge determine who has partnered with whom, and Maya said, “Well, that was very interesting.”
‘I bet you’re wondering how we’re going to get you together. Well, you did it yourselves.
But even within their couples, they are not safe, as the producers introduce an unexpected twist, which could leave one couple at risk of being eliminated within hours of arriving at the Mallorca villa.
