Tonight’s Love Island final will see one of four couples leave the villa with the £50,000 top prize after eight weeks of drama on the Spanish island of Mallorca.

Finalists Nicole Samuel and Ciaran Davies, Matilda Draper and Sean Stone, Mimii Ngulube and Josh Oyinsan and Jess Spencer and Ayo Odukoya are the last ones standing after Joey Essex and Jessy Potts were axed on Sunday.

Host Maya Jama will reveal who has been crowned winners in the final episode of the 2024 series at 9pm on ITV2.

Meet the finalists: Nicole and Ciaran

Both from Wales, Nicole Samuels and Ciaran Davies seem destined to be together and are the villa’s longest-standing couple, having paired up at the start of the show.

Despite Nicole’s fears of dating another ‘rugby boy’ and a few hiccups and arguments along the way, Ciaran has won Nicole’s trust and the pair appear to be smitten with each other.

The couple has already said a big ‘I love you’ and are officially a couple.

Will the public think they have what it takes to succeed abroad?

Joey Essex and Jessy Potts became the latest couple to be evicted from the villa during Sunday night’s episode.

Their fate was in the hands of their former islanders who returned when they made their dramatic entrance into the village.

Ayo Odukoya and Jess Spencer also received several votes from former Islanders, however, it was ultimately Joey and Jessy who had to go.
