She looked gorgeous in the white top and matching skirt as she spent quality time with her family in Turkey.
Lottie, who is the younger sister of One Direction star Louis Tomlinson, 32, received plenty of lovely comments on her post.
Made in Chelsea star Tiffany Watson wrote: ‘Congratulations’ alongside some love hearts.
Lottie and Lewis got engaged in November 2023. She was smitten when Lewis popped the question in Paris after three years of dating.
At the time of their proposal, the couple shared a video of the moment Lewis got down on one knee.
Lewis took Lottie and Lucky on a weekend getaway and went to great lengths to decorate the hotel room for the romantic proposal.
The former tennis player created a path of red rose petals and candles to guide a glamorous Lottie to him, where he got down on one knee.
With his son present to witness the magical moment, Lewis pulled out a massive diamond ring.

Lottie and Lewis got engaged in November 2023. She was stunned when Lewis popped the question in Paris, after three years of dating.
Sharing the moment, Lottie wrote: ‘just call me wife, I love you so much fiancée.’
Lottie took a closer look at her ring (a teardrop-shaped diamond set in a gold band) as she enjoyed a glass of champagne at the bar afterwards.
Lottie and former tennis player Lewis confirmed their relationship in July 2020.
The couple are said to have bonded over the pain of losing their respective loved ones.
Lottie sadly lost her mother and sister in recent years and Lewis lost Caroline Flack in February 2020.
Lottie’s sister Félicité, 18, died after an accidental drug overdose, three years after the death of her mother Johannah, who died of cancer.
Lottie is understood to have gotten to know Lewis better at a house party in May 2020 hosted by Caroline’s close friend Lou Teasdale, 36, which was held to mark three months since his tragic passing.
In late July that year, a source exclusively told MailOnline: ‘Lewis and Lottie have become close after spending time together at a party at Lou’s house.
‘They have been meeting in secret for weeks, but their new friendship has not gone unnoticed by mutual friends.
‘Not all of Caroline’s friends are happy with how the situation seems to be developing, but they can understand that both Lottie and Lewis have been there for each other and have offered a shoulder to cry on.’
Lou gave his blessing to the couple as he shared the proposal video on Instagram, writing: “Congratulations Lottie and Lewis. You deserve a life full of happiness babe.”
The couple announced the birth of their son Lucky in a sweet Instagram post on August 9, 2022.
Alongside a photo of Lucky, she wrote “dreams do come true”, while a post from her sister Phoebe confirmed the couple had welcomed a baby boy.
In February this year, Lottie admitted she gave herself three months to “get her body back” after gaining weight during pregnancy, but it took her a year to feel happy in her own skin again.
She told MailOnline she had always been “conscious” about her figure and “wanted to do something” about the changes she had experienced after having a baby as soon as possible.
She explained that the weight gain had a “huge effect” on her self-esteem and that she felt “sad” looking at postpartum photos because she felt “sluggish” and “no energy.”
But after trying to find a quick fix, Lottie said her body transformation took an entire year – a period of time that would have left her “devastated” had she known.
Lottie said she is “proud” of her achievements after regaining her confidence and accepting herself as a mother, and the challenges that comes with it.
She said: ‘It’s crazy because I never expected to gain so much weight in my pregnancy… I’ve always been someone who is very conscious of my appearance and I’ve always tried to stay fit.
‘Gaining that weight had a huge effect on me and that’s why I wanted to do something about it as soon as I had the baby.

‘When I looked at my before photo, I felt sad because I looked bad because I felt slow and low on energy.
‘I was in such a hurry to lose weight… that transformation took me a year and if someone had told me early on postpartum that it would be a year before I got my body back, I would have been devastated.
‘I wanted to do it in three months, I wanted to do it quickly, but I soon realised that it wasn’t realistic and that my body had grown a human being and I had to take care of that human being as well, so it was never going to be possible.
“Looking back, that year has flown by and I was able to do it in a healthy way. I’m proud of my journey and it’s still going strong, which is exciting.”
