Princess Diana’s niece, 33, attended blood cancer charity DKMS’s annual gala at the Natural History Museum in London.
The mother of one looked effortlessly chic in a black V-neck dress by Dolce & Gabbana.
The model pulled her blonde hair into a low bun and donned a pair of dangling diamond earrings and a matching necklace from Bvlagri.
Kitty completed her evening ensemble with a pair of bright yellow silk high heels.

The Gavin and Stacey star, who recently returned to the UK after eight years hosting The Late Late Show in Los Angeles, looked dapper in a black suit.

Later that night, Kitty took another selfie with fashion designer Jade Holland Cooper, who is married to Julian Dunkerton, the co-founder of Superdry.
The socialite also posed with model Sabrina Elba, wife of actor Idris.
The trio were later photographed sitting around a table at the gala, with Sabrina sitting on Kitty’s lap.
Following Thursday’s event, Kitty shared her highlights with her 715,000 Instagram followers.

DKMS was founded by Peter Harf in 1991 while trying to find a stem cell donor to save the life of his beloved wife Mechtild, before she sadly lost her battle with leukemia.
DKMS now operates in seven countries and has registered 12.3 million donors and provided more than 116,000 second chances at life to patients in more than 60 countries.
Earlier this year, Lady Kitty revealed she secretly welcomed her first child with husband Michael Lewis, 65.
Sharing a stunning image on the beach holding the baby, whose name and gender she did not reveal, Kitty wrote: “It’s the joy of my life to be your mummy little one.” I love you unconditionally. Happy Mother’s Day to those who celebrate today.’
Her comments were quickly flooded with support, including from her sister Amelia Spencer, who wrote: “The most perfect angel in the world.”
Kitty is a first cousin to Princes William and Harry, which means the new baby will be a second cousin to Princes George, Louis, Archie, and Princesses Charlotte and Lilibet.
