KFC Australia has announced the return of its popular Tower Burger and launched two more items in the super-sized range.

The Tower Burger, which briefly returned to stores in 2023 after a two-year hiatus, is the most popular burger on the menu and features a crispy filet, spicy tomato sauce, a classic slice of cheese, mayonnaise, fresh lettuce and hash brown.

KFC Australia group marketing director Sally Spriggs confirmed fans are constantly asking them to bring back the burger and have demanded a “super-sized option”.

This led the popular fast food retailer to create its tallest tower to date: the Tower Stacker.

The enormous burger features two original chicken tenders, as well as their signature hash brown in the center.

They also released a “lighter” option, the Tower Twister, which includes chicken strips and hash browns.

Available from Tuesday, October 29 to Monday, November 25, the Tower Burger and the new Tower Stacker and Tower Twister can be purchased at participating KFC restaurants nationwide.

However, according to the store’s post, those in Wollongong are the only ones who will miss the launch this time.

“The king is back,” commented one fan.

“It’s about time, but it needs to go back to the regular menu,” said another.

But some weren’t very impressed with the old Tower Burger.

‘Is it really a tower? The last one I had was more of a bungalow,” said one man.

“This is half of it,” said another.

People took the opportunity to request their other favorites in the post.

Many ordered BLT Twisters, the Works burger, and even giant snack packs.

However, it was the Krushers that were the most requested product: the chain’s popular frozen dessert drinks.

‘Why can you listen to people? We want Krushers back,” one person exclaimed.

Six other people echoed this and shared similar comments.

“Krushers or nothing,” said another.
