Kerry Katona has revealed she would like to undergo a lower facelift and a fourth breast augmentation operation before her wedding to Ryan Mahoney.
The former Atomic Kitten star, 43, is not one to shy away from cosmetic procedures, having undergone breast implant surgery, a reduction, a lift and had eyelid and nose jobs this year.
But now Kerry, who has been married three times before, has revealed that OK! How she plans to go under the knife again as she prepares for her nuptials.
She said: “I would really like a facelift to give me a more defined jawline. And now I also want a breast enlargement. I feel like my breasts are reaching my knees!”
The TV personality also revealed that her fitness trainer fiancé Ryan, 36, is considering getting some touch-ups as he plans to get “a little more Botox” for the big day.

Kerry added: “Ryan has had Botox once before and may have more before the wedding.”
In 2022, Kerry went braless to reveal the results of her third breast reduction after previously admitting she regrets getting a free breast enlargement operation.
The OnlyFans star had her old implants removed and underwent a breast lift to reduce back pain as a result of her large chest.
Just three months earlier, she shared the results of her second reduction, following a procedure she was not happy with in 2021.
In a YouTube video, Kerry said: “I got an implant last year and I don’t know why I did it. I love gifts and I need to learn to limit myself to just accepting gift bags.”
“I’ve actually had so many cuts that I don’t even believe this is my arm anymore. I’m like a human Frankenstein.
‘I come flat packed with IKEA instructions so I can put it together in the morning!’
Kerry said she is cutting back on her “bad boys” because they are “driving her crazy” and causing her back pain because her size C is “too big.”
She said: “I would really like a facelift to give me a more defined jawline. And now I also want a breast enlargement. I feel like my breasts are reaching my knees!”
The TV personality also revealed that her fiancé, fitness trainer Ryan, 36, is thinking about getting some touch-ups as he plans to get “a little more Botox” for the big day.
Kerry added: ‘Ryan has had Botox once before and may have more before the wedding.’
She added: “Every time I put on a sweater, I feel like… you know the Honey Monster from the Sugar Puff commercial? That’s how I feel!”
Earlier this year, Kerry underwent blepharoplasty, which removes excess skin from the eyelids.
At the time, she said in an Instagram video: “Obviously I still have a scar there, but it will go away.”
Kerry continued: “I’m so happy and very impressed with the results. It’s the easiest operation I’ve ever had and we all know I’ve had a few but this is the first time I’ve had anything done to my face.”
Kerry was left “crying all day” in agony after the procedure, because she accidentally “scraped her cornea” while recovering.
The TV personality said in her new column: “I’ve been crying all day from the pain. When I came out of recovery I didn’t know what I was doing and I rubbed my eye and scraped my cornea.
“I scratched all the nerve endings and, according to the doctor, it’s almost more painful than giving birth. I’ve complained a lot, but it’s my fault and has nothing to do with the operation.”
Earlier this year, Kerry looked drastically different when she stepped out after revealing the results of her nose job, which left her in tears.
The media personality underwent surgery in June, in an attempt to repair the damage caused by years of drug abuse.
Kerry previously revealed that she was having a rib removed to make her new nose and that it would be used to replace cartilage “to make it look a bit smaller”.

He also clarified that he urgently needed surgery because he had “three holes” inside his nose due to his past cocaine abuse.
After the procedure, Kerry wrote in her New! magazine column: ‘I burst into tears when I got home and saw it, because it looked so swollen and different.
‘I’m also a little sad because I have the same nose as my biological father, which makes me think I’ve lost that bond.’
This comes after Kerry revealed she was forced to cancel her Las Vegas wedding to fiancé Ryan because her children wanted to be present.
She joked that the boys had already seen her walk down the aisle a few times, so they could stay out of the way this time.
Kerry shares Molly, 22, Lilly-Sue, 20, with first husband Brian McFadden, Heidi, 16, and Max, 15, with second husband Mark Croft and Dylan Jorge, nine, with late third husband George Kay.
She said OK!:’Ryan and I were thinking about going to Vegas to finally get married, but Molly and Lilly were like, “Don’t you dare do it without us.”
‘I told them they’d already been to too many of my weddings! That put those plans on the back burner.’
Last month, Kerry revealed she was forced to cancel her Las Vegas wedding to fiancé Ryan because her children wanted to be present.
Kerry, who has been married three times, joked that the kids had already seen her walk down the aisle several times so they could sit this one out.
Last year, Kerry, who has been engaged to Ryan since 2022, admitted there are times when she changes her mind about getting married because his track record is “abysmal.”
Speaking to GB News: ‘I got married at 21, as everyone knows, and then I rushed into remarriage.
‘In my third marriage, my husband passed away, so I’m actually a widow. But I’ve been with Ryan for five years and I’m a lifelong romantic, I believe in that happy ending.
“Just because it didn’t work the first time, or the second time, or the third time, does that mean I’ll have to be alone for the rest of my life? No.”
Kerry also said that Ryan plans to adopt her youngest son, DJ (Dylan Jorge), whose father was her late husband George Kay.
