Keanu Reeves is far from done with the John Wick franchise, as he has just signed on to executive produce a new sequel series titled John Wick: Under The High Table.
The in-demand action star, who turns 60 next month, will reunite with his Matrix stunt double-turned-director Chad Stahelski on the project set directly after the end of John Wick: Chapter 4.
“He is said to be very involved in the project, which is being promoted in what is shaping up to be a competitive situation,” said a source close to the company. Deadline.
‘Under The High Table promises to blend the old and the new and bring the Wick universe into a new era.’
The Old Man co-creator Robert Levine wrote the upcoming series and will serve as showrunner.

One possible plot line could involve the High Table’s blind killer, Caine (Donnie Yen), who was last seen in Paris attempting to reunite with his violin-playing daughter during the post-credits scene.
However, the Osaka Continental’s concierge, Shimazu Akira (Rina Sawayama), pulled a knife on Caine in an attempt to avenge the murder of her late father, Shimazu Koji (Hiroyuki Sanada), but the camera cut to black.
Fans concerned about Wick’s fate in the “ambiguous” ending of John Wick: Chapter 4 can rest a little easier knowing that a fifth film is also in the works as “The High Table will not interfere with it.”
Keanu starred in the first four John Wick films (2014-2023), which grossed $1 billion at the global box office, with each one being bigger and best reviewed than the previous one.
On July 27, Reeves, who chopped off his long John Wick locks in March, surprised fans at the Stern Pinball booth at San Diego Comic-Con so they could play the new John Wick game.
Anthrax drummer and guitarist Charlie Benante composed the music for the game and… called The visit of the Beirut-born Canadian is “one of the coolest moments in pinball history.”
Keanu will reprise his role in Len Wiseman’s Ballerina, which won’t hit US theaters until June 6, 2025, and UK theaters until June 7, 2025.
John Wick Presents: Ballerina stars Ana de Armas (and 11-year-old Victoria Comte) as the vengeful ballerina Rooney, previously played by Unity Phelan in John Wick: Chapter 3 – Parabellum.
