A number of stunning tweets from Katy Perry in which she appears to argue with fellow singer Sky Ferreira have recently resurfaced.
The I Kissed a Girl hitmaker, 39 — who recently left American Idol — apparently took some digs at the Los Angeles native, 31, in 2010, with the tweets still visible on her page today.
It’s unclear whether the two were actually arguing or just joking, as there are photos of them from this period suggesting they were friends.
One of Katy’s tweets read: “@fkyferreira, is it hard being pregnant at 17?” I hope it doesn’t look like a monkey…’
In another, Katy wrote “Maybe you should stop sleeping with so many DJs” in response to Sky’s query: “Sorry but how the hell did some people hear songs from my album?”

In another post, Sky asked: “Can singers stop giving fans nicknames? Please,” to which Katy replied, “You’re just jelly, you don’t have any yet.”
Another message from 14 years ago to Sky said: “I have a rope”, although the context is unclear as the original message she was replying to is no longer available.
At the time of the tweets, Katy would have been 25, while Sky was 17.
There are a number of photos of the two hanging out together after the Tweets were posted.
In 2012, they were seen attending the Elton John AIDS Foundation’s 20th Annual Oscar Viewing Party in West Hollywood and both wore silver dresses as they posed together.
The same year, they were also spotted together at the Coachella Music Festival in Indio.
Sky rose to fame after she began uploading videos of herself singing to Myspace when she was a teenager, leading to a recording contract with Parlophone in 2009.
