Justin Timberlake has been forced to reschedule several US shows on his current world tour after falling ill.

The singer and actor is making his way through the North American leg of his Forget Tomorrow world tour, his first tour in five years and organized to support the release of his latest studio album, Everything I Thought It Was.

But six calendar dates, originally scheduled for October and November, have been rearranged after Timberlake, 43, fell ill with a chest cold and a painful inflammation of the larynx.

Addressing her Instagram followers on Wednesday, she wrote: Hey guys, I haven’t been feeling very well the last few shows and it turns out I have bronchitis and laryngitis.

‘I’m very sorry to say that I need to reschedule the upcoming shows from 10/23 to 11/2. New dates listed above. Thanks for understanding. I’ll make it up to you.’

The six shows in the US states of Illinois, Michigan, Wisconsin, Minnesota and Ohio will now take place in February 2025.

It’s not the first time Timberlake has been forced to postpone shows on his current tour, having recently canceled a show in Newark, New Jersey due to injury, four months after his arrest for driving under the influence.

Timberlake was detained that night after leaving the American Hotel in Sag Harbor, where he had been joined by stylist and interior designer Stanley and her husband, producer Byran Furst, according to Page Six.

He had previously styled Biel and other stars such as Brad Pitt, Penélope Cruz and Demi Moore.

Stanley also hosted Biel and Timberlake’s engagement party at her Los Angeles home in 2012.

Timberlake will not face drunk driving charges after reaching a plea deal in his DWI case. Instead, he pleaded guilty to a reduced offense charge for driving while impaired.

The plea leaves him free of any criminal record, which he would have had had he been convicted of the original misdemeanor.

As part of the plea deal, he agreed to pay the maximum fine of $500 and a surcharge of $260.

A major component of the deal, sources told DailyMail.com, was Timberlake’s willingness to make a public service video for the organization Mothers Against Drunk Driving.

In early October, the singer informed his fans that his concert in New Jersey had been postponed.

He assured ticket holders that he would “reschedule” the tour date “as soon as possible” but did not reveal the nature of the “injury that prevents me from performing.”

“I promise to make it up to you and give you the show you deserve,” he wrote. ‘Thank you all for understanding. I always appreciate your support.”

Timberlake’s arrest for DUI came shortly after midnight on June 18, when he was detained after leaving the American Hotel in Sag Harbor in the Hamptons.

In his Instagram announcement, he wrote: “I am very sorry to postpone tonight’s show. I have an injury that prevents me from performing.”

He told fans: “I’m very disappointed not to see you all, but I’m working to reschedule as soon as possible.” I promise to make it up to you and give you the show you deserve. Thanks guys for understanding. I always appreciate your support.”

Timberlake’s mammoth world tour spans 115 shows over 15 months and kicked off at Vancouver’s Rogers Arena on April 29.

It is expected to finish at the Longchamp Racecourse in Paris on July 20, 2025 after touring the United States, Canada, South and Central America, the United Kingdom, Ireland and continental Europe.
