Jessica Chastain proudly shared clips while receiving an honorary doctorate from the Julliard School in a new Instagram video uploaded Saturday.
The Help actress, 47, who recently stunned while attending the Ralph Lauren fashion show in New York, took part in the special ceremony earlier this week on Thursday.
The mother of two was just one of the stars who received the title “in recognition of their outstanding contributions” to the entertainment industry, according to a statement from the school. official website.
At the beginning of the clip, Chastain filmed the exterior of the school and a ticket being handed to her.
Shortly before the graduation event began, Jessica was given a navy blue gown with dark red trim and stripes on the sleeves.

The award-winning actress attended the Juilliard School after receiving the Robin Williams Scholarship and graduated in 2003 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts.

“And he paid for all my studies, he paid for my housing, he paid for me to be able to come home for Christmas and see my family, books, food, he was very generous,” he continued.
“And every year, you know, I wrote him a note to thank him and I never got to meet him,” the star added, referring to Williams, who died in 2014 and his death was ruled a suicide.
She then recalled seeing Robin at a restaurant in Los Angeles, but explained that she had been too shy to approach him.
“I always regret it,” Jessica admitted, “because I never got the chance to thank you in person.”
Since graduating from Juilliard, Chastain has starred in notable films, including The Help (2011) and Interstellar (2014).
She also starred in the 2012 film, Zero Dark Thirty, which earned her a Best Actress nomination at the Academy Awards. She later won the award in 2022 for her role in The Eyes Of Tammy Faye.
Jessica has also taken the stage on multiple occasions, including starring in an adaptation of A Doll’s House (2023), and was nominated for a Tony Award for Best Actress for her performance.
