Jamie Laing celebrated his first wedding anniversary with wife Sophie Habboo on Sunday, after admitting his sex life has now become stale.
The Made In Chelsea star, 35, shared photos from her legal ceremony at Chelsea Registry Office last April, an event she followed in May with a larger wedding ceremony at a private residential development in Andalusia.
Paying tribute to Sophie, with whom he produces the popular NewlyWeds podcast, he wrote: “Happy anniversary to my wife.” I can’t believe it’s been a year since this day. “I couldn’t feel luckier.”
In response to the post, she wrote: “I love you.”
Jamie recently admitted that since getting married he has become “lazy” in the bedroom.

speaking to The sun on SundayJamie confessed that Sophie always jokes that she is “a standard” in the bedroom, and that now that they are married she “can’t bother” acting anymore.
He said: “I used to start writing by hand and then I thought, ‘I can’t be bothered with that because it’s quicker for me not to write it.’ “I’m a bit like that in the bedroom.
“I don’t give up halfway, but I do remember one time I got on top of Sophie and she said, ‘Oh, keep going.’
Jamie added that he suggested to Sophie that they attend a marriage counselor to help them communicate effectively.
He added that they now have sessions twice a month and that has made them more “empathetic” when discussing any issues in their relationship.
Jamie said: ‘It opens you up and makes you more empathetic. Basically, he stops you from becoming a sociopath and allows you to have another opinion.
“It’s calmed me down more, especially with Sophie, as I’m generally more volatile than her.”
Jamie, co-host of the Newlyweds podcast with Sophie, also shared that through marriage counseling he learned how to resolve issues with his wife and admit when he’s wrong.

The TV personality claims his sex life with wife Sophie has already hit a rough patch, just a year after they tied the knot.
The Made In Chelsea star, who married Sophie in two ceremonies in London and Marbella last year, admitted that since getting married he has become “lazy” in the bedroom.
Sophie and Jamie met while starring together on Made In Chelsea and cemented their romance in 2019 after being friends for several years.
Jamie described her as “the kindest, most empathetic person I’ve ever met” and also shared that he wants a big family with Sophie in the future.
It comes after Sophie revealed to MailOnline that she and Jamie are planning to buy their first property together, as they look to the future as husband and wife.
She said: ‘We are desperately looking to move into our family home.
‘We are on the hunt… we look up and down. We can’t find anything right now, but we’re actively looking, which is really exciting.
‘Jamie and I are looking everywhere, we don’t have a fixed place… the market is complicated.
“I want a bit of greenery, I want it to be a bit more residential, we’re in a bit of a busy and party area at the moment and I want to move somewhere where there’s greenery around me and it’s quiet and people walk around.” her dogs around me.
“You have to think about the future… I’m getting very excited, but nothing has been found yet.”

Sophie and Jamie married in an intimate legal ceremony at Chelsea Registry Office in April 2023 with a small group of friends and family.
The couple then flew to Spain, with their main wedding taking place in May 2023 at Andalusia’s largest private residential development in Sotogrande.

Sophie and Jamie’s relationship was well documented during their time on Made In Chelsea.
The couple’s close friendship slowly turned into romance in mid-2019, but they were both initially hesitant to start dating in case it ruined what they had.
The pair were previously best friends, before their friendship turned into romance on Made In Chelsea and they started dating five years ago.
Candy Kittens founder Jamie popped the question during a romantic proposal at London’s Rosewood Hotel in December 2021.
Last month, Jamie started his new job as co-presenter of Radio 1’s Going Home show alongside Vick Hope and Katie Thistleton.
It comes after Sophie revealed to MailOnline that she and Jamie are planning to buy their first property together, as they look to the future as husband and wife.
