Jackie ‘O’ Henderson was stunned on Wednesday after a colleague demonstrated the much-anticipated eye-tracking feature on Apple’s iPhone.
The radio queen, 49, was talking about the upcoming iPhone update on The Kyle and Jackie O Show, which will allow users to control apps with eye movements.
Henderson was absolutely blown away by the advanced technology and immediately demanded a demonstration from the show’s director, Bruno Bouchet.
‘This is like having a chip in your head! This is awesome, I just move my eyes in the direction I want and an app opens? -Jackie asked.
Bruno then showed Kyle, 53, and Jackie how a user could “calibrate” their eyes with the phone, allowing them to interact with their device without even touching it.

The feature will launch in Australia in the near future and is designed to ensure that people with disabilities can easily interact with their device.
In images shared on Instagram, KIIS FM joked that “swiping on the dating app is about to get a lot more fun.”
Jackie added that she could “slide” suitable matches “all over the place” using just her eyes.
Meanwhile, co-host Kyle Sandilands joked that users would very quickly use the technology to access adult content.

Jackie added that she wasn’t sure how the technology could accurately track and interpret eye movements, since hers “are thrown all over the place.”
