Luxe Listings star Gavin Rubenstein has made a tidy profit after reportedly selling his prestigious Sydney home under the hammer for $8 million.
The 34-year-old celebrity real estate agent purchased the five-bedroom, three-bathroom townhouse in 2022 for $6.25 million.
Located in exclusive Waverley, 8.5km from the CBD, the multi-level home features an ultra-chic design.
Rubenstein bought the luxury home shortly after it was built by Future Flip, a construction company specializing in prestige properties. The Daily Telegraph reported.
Rubenstein has not released any concrete figures on the sale, but the house is believed to have sold for around $8 million.

Rubenstein (pictured) bought the luxury property shortly after it was built by Future Flip, a construction company specializing in prestige properties, The Daily Telegraph reported last week.
Rubenstein became familiar with the house after handling the sale of the house next door, which netted the seller $6.25 million.
Highlights of the three-level property include an open-plan layout, a sculpted garden and an entertaining terrace.
Rubenstein’s accommodation features a holiday atmosphere with bright and spacious rooms with skylights and high ceilings.

According to the report, Rubenstein has not released any concrete figures on the sale, but is believed to have fetched around $8 million.

Rubenstein is best known as one of the stars of the reality television series Luxe Listings Sydney.
Making its debut on Amazon Prime Video in 2021, the show featured Rubenstein and fellow RE agent D’Leanne Lewis and buyers’ agent Simon Cohen as they exchange high prices for some of Sydney’s most exclusive properties.
