A Dallas Cowboys cheerleader has revealed her flawless makeup routine, along with her tips and tricks on how to minimize the appearance of blemishes.
Sophy Laufer was on the team for two seasons and appeared on the hit Netflix show America’s Sweethearts: Dallas Cowboys Cheerleaders.
The show follows the lives of the athletes and the rigorous process they go through to be selected for the team.
Hundreds of talented dancers from across the state and abroad audition for DCC Director Kelli Finglass and choreographer Judy Trammell, but only 36 dancers are chosen each season.
Sophy is currently in training camp for the upcoming cheerleading season, as even veterans need to re-audition every year to fight for their spot.

She said in her TikTok account:I came back a couple of days ago because some of us went to New York to be on the Today Show and it really was a dream come true.
‘That was my first time there and I’m looking forward to going back on tour and seeing all the amazing things there are in New York.’
Sophy then applied foundation to her face before adding a dab of Patrick Ta blush in the shade ‘She’s All That’ to her cheeks.
“I give this blush a ten out of ten, I love it so far,” she said.
Sophy then revealed how she manages to cover up the spots to achieve the illusion of perfectly smooth skin.
She said: ‘A little makeup tip, if you have a blemish that needs extra coverage, put on some translucent powder and let it sit while you do your eye makeup – it will help it stay covered throughout the day.
‘I love makeup and watching makeup routine videos so let me know if you want a detailed makeup routine because I would love to do that.’
Sophy then said that this week for her would be a little crazy, but fun, as she is working at the DCC youth camp for kids, where experienced cheerleaders who were previously part of the team teach skills to younger dancers.

She then asked her followers if they had already seen the Netflix show, adding that it was filmed over a year ago.
“Being able to relive all those moments and be able to see it all again is definitely crazy,” he said.
