A man who identifies himself as an ambulance driver and who has ‘sexual relations’ with them has told of his daring adventures with the large vehicles.
Dominik Chvátal, 22, from Prague, Czech Republic, says he identifies as non-binary and an ambulance driver, and enjoys polygamous relationships with first responders.
According to the gas station worker, his obsession with ambulances began at age 13, but by age 15 his fascination turned sexual, after becoming aroused by the vehicles’ “various openings.”
However, Dominik, who has been diagnosed with objectophilia, only dates Mercedes brands exclusively, as he is most “attracted” to their appearance, including their “wheels and lights.”
Objectophilia is a state in which a person experiences romantic or sexual feelings towards inanimate objects and may involve varying degrees of involvement with the object in question.
Dominik Chvátal, now known as Sanitka (the Czech word for ambulance), says they have “sexual relations” with ambulances.
The 22-year-old from Prague, Czech Republic, says he identifies as non-binary and an ambulance driver.
Dominik now calls himself “Sanitka Mercedes” (Sanitka is the Czech word for ambulance).
“I chose the name myself because that’s how I feel. I’m a car trapped in human form,” Sanitka said.
They also spoke about their feelings towards the emergency vans, adding that for them it was more than just sex, as they had “fallen in love” with the four-wheeled vehicle.
“It’s actually everything in terms of looks, from the wheels to the lights,” they said. “It’s love.”
“And it is possible to have sex. The ambulance has many places where you can have a sexual act.
‘It has several openings, the exhaust, the door handles, the front and a lot on the chassis as well.’
They also shared how their love for ambulances had grown over the years, so much so that they even enjoyed casual conversations together.
Sanitka said: ‘We talk about everything that is normally talked about, it depends on the topic that comes to mind, (but) we talk like people do.’
Sanitka said they found themselves craving emergency vehicles from the age of 15. (Here’s an image from their personal collection of ambulance photos.)
The gas station worker detailed the ‘various openings’ in an ambulance that they have ‘sex’ with, including the exhaust and door handles.
But they made it clear that their attraction was solely for ambulances made by Mercedes, and while they might occasionally admire other brands and cars, it was strictly platonic.
“I like only Mercedes emergency vehicles, all Mercedes ambulances,” Sanitka said.
“Volkswagens are ugly and they hurt Mercedes the most. They laugh when something hurts or bothers them.”
For those who question the legality of Santika’s antics, he came clean and said it’s a risky business.
“I got into trouble often,” they said.
‘One time the paramedics came to get me and, despite my diagnosis, they called the police and took me to speak to a psychiatrist.’
The object of my desire: Santika keeps images like these in a personal collection of ambulance images.
Based on this image, it appears that those who have been diagnosed with objectophilia also retain miniature versions of themselves.
Since then, Sanitka has learned to be discreet and has even reached an agreement with a company that allows her to indulge herself from time to time.
They said, ‘They don’t even know about me anymore, I’m wandering around their warehouses.
‘There is a company that has Mercedes ambulances and they directly allow me to go to them and have sex with Mercedes ambulances.’
Looking ahead, Sanitka laments the limits of her love and awaits the time when marriage with ambulances will be legal.
“Unfortunately this is not possible in the Czech Republic,” they added.
“But maybe it’s in America. In the Czech Republic they say that America is a country of unlimited possibilities.”
Speaking about her family’s reaction to her relationships, she added: ‘My family reconciled after a long time and my friends understand and support me.
“I have no problem making it public. It’s harmless. I’m not hurting anyone.”
