A group of young conservatives are banding together to “make America warm again” while living in the “liberal hell” of New York City.
Raquel Debono has taken the Internet by storm with posts encouraging Big Apple conservatives to attend events she co-hosts with The Right Stuff, a dating app for conservatives.
In the months leading up to the 2024 presidential election, Raquel, director of branding and communications for the app Right Stuff, shared past ‘Make America Hot Again (MAHA)’ events where conservatives gather in the city.
With the upcoming debate between Republican and Democratic vice presidential candidates JD Vance and Tim Walz on Tuesday, Raquel has called all New York conservatives to a watch party.
He told his 70,000 TikTok followers to join people in Union Square on Tuesday at 8 p.m. to “mingle with some like-minded New York City conservatives” before “gossiping” and watching the debate.

In addition to organizing sociopolitical parties, Raquel has been very vocal about conservatives, specifically in New York City, being “embarrassed to admit” who they will vote for in November.

In addition to launching social political parties, Raquel has been very vocal about New York City conservatives feeling “embarrassed to admit” who they will vote for in November.
‘Can you imagine wanting the government to interfere in your life? “It couldn’t be me anyway, I just wish people would leave me alone,” Raquel added.
The content creator then promoted the viewing party and told her followers to make sure they get tickets.
‘Yes, stop feeling so ashamed of being conservative and maybe be proud of the value you have. You don’t have to hide, you don’t have to make up stories to make people like you; It’s really embarrassing.
“So be yourself and meet friends who think like you, because let me tell you, it’s a lot easier to be with someone who thinks like you,” he added.
Raquel and The Right Stuff hosted their first MAHA event on September 5 in Lower Manhattan.
Around 250 people attended the event, while others were on a waiting list, according to Raquel.

In another clip she was seen thanking the crowd in front of an American flag at the party.

Groups of people were seen chatting, drinking and dancing as a bright pink message read ‘TRUMP 2024 MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!’ flag hanging on the wall.
In another clip from August, while announcing the first MAHA event, Raquel admitted that “a lot of her conservative friends are very closeted.”
He then turned to liberals, who he said think Republicans are weird.
“I’m about to prove that Republicans are hot one party at a time, so I’ll see you all there.”
