A Guatemalan migrant woman was found dead after falling from a 30-foot border wall near San Diego. – after screaming for help for 20 minutes.

At that moment, the second officer reached the side of the wall from which the woman was hanging. Although both officers told her that a fire truck was approaching, she reiterated that she couldn’t take it anymore.
