Holly Willoughby has reportedly rekindled her friendship with her former co-star Fearne Cotton, after their hellish year.
The TV star, 43, is said to be smiling again and reconnected with Fearne after the couple split when they stopped filming Celebrity Juice together in 2018.
Holly and Fearne, who met as teenagers and appeared as team captains on the show, are believed to have become less close a couple of years ago after going their separate ways and “failing to control each other”.
Now they have come together again through a new holistic approach to life based on shared well-being.
It comes after a hellish year in which Holly quit The Morning and “lived in fear” after discovering security guard Gavin Plumb was planning to kidnap, rape and murder her.

The TV star, 43, is said to be smiling again and reconnected with Fearne after the couple split when they stopped filming Celebrity Juice together in 2018 (seen on the show with host Keith Lemon).
She also ended her friendship with her This Morning co-star Phillip Schofield after her affair with a much younger colleague on the show was revealed.
But amid his difficult challenges, he has returned to spending time with Fearne, according to the sun.
A source told the publication: ‘Fearne began living holistically, focusing on self-care while Holly was still appearing on TV.
‘But then Holly followed the same path and began meditating, appreciating and researching holistic therapies.
“When she created her wellness brand, Wylde Moon, she and Fearne got back on the same page.”
The couple last reunited in 2022 to film the final episode of Celebrity Juice with host Keith Lemon.
Holly shared snaps of their reunion on her Instagram after the night, where she rocked a blue and black striped suit inspired by Keith.
Holly joined Keith, whose real name is Leigh Francis, 48, and Fearne for a sweet selfie as they enjoyed the farewell to the show which launched in 2008.
The This Morning star wrote alongside the image: ‘If I don’t see you during the week I’ll see you through the window… it’s been a pleasure @celebjuiceofficial @fearnecotton @keithlemon.’

Holly added in her post: ‘It is with a heavy heart it’s time to say goodbye and thank you to @celebjuiceofficial… the final farewell outfit and it’s a nod to the legend that is @keithlemon… oosh… love you! ‘
Fearne also honored her time on the show with a selection of photos, including one of her showing off her incredible multi-coloured sequin dress.
Sharing his own tribute, he wrote: “Reunited and ready for the last Celebrity Juice.
‘To think that we started the program 14 years ago is amazing. I loved my ten years as team captain and will always have fond memories of some really silly moments.
‘It was great to see the gang again today to reminisce. Keith Lemon, thank you for so much laughter and madness.”
Fearne and Holly were the show’s original team captains until 2018 and 2020, when Laura Whitmore and Emily Atack took the reins, with Keith Lemon hosting the show since its inception.
In 2010, the couple spoke out in a sweet interview in which they said they were able to “pick up where they left off” with their friendship amid their busy schedules.
Holly told The Daily Mail: “Fearne and I have that kind of friendship where we’re always so busy that when we see each other it’s great and we can pick up where we left off.”
“There is no blame or resentment.”
Fearne added: “As we do the same type of work, we understand if the other one doesn’t call us for a week.”
It comes after Holly ignored Phillip’s recent ‘bump’ as she posed in stunning new leggy photos last Saturday.

The presenter, 62, appeared on Channel 5’s Cast Away in which he thanks Ant McPartlin, 48, and Dec Donnelly, 49, as well as Joanna Lumley, 78, but makes no mention of Holly.
During the show he discussed his bitter split from ITV and This Morning, which he presented for 21 years, while managing on a remote island paradise, located off the coast of Madagascar.
Phillip was booted from This Morning in May last year after admitting lying about his relationship with a much younger colleague.
Holly distanced herself from her former best friend and during a “highly strategic” return to the This Morning sofa in June 2023, told viewers she had been left “shocked, disappointed and worried”.
But after the blow, Holly took to Instagram to celebrate the third birthday of her wellness company Wylde Moon while ignoring the recent drama.
She looked stunning in a light pink leggy dress with a cute bow detail as she posed with some silver balloons.
Holly wrote in the caption: ‘Join our 3rd birthday celebrations with 20% off perfumes, wax melts, diffusers and travel minis…
‘I just wanted to say a big thank you for being such a special part of our trip. Here’s to more years of connection and beautiful moments ahead.”
It came after Phillip and his family appeared to mock the famous “are you okay?” from Holly. shorten.
When he came back, he started by saying, ‘Hello, first, are you okay? I hope so. It feels very strange to be here without Phil.
Appearing to reference the now famous Cast Away speech, Phillip is seen having a barbecue with his family before heading to the island.
In a clip from the show, he feeds food to his wife Stephanie and daughters Molly, 31, and Ruby, 28, and laughs: “If you’re okay, then we’re okay and I’m okay… are you OK?’
There is no mention of Holly in the clip.
Holly said in the original statement that: “It feels very strange to be here without Phil and I imagine you must have felt a lot like me.”
“Shaken, worried, disappointed, worried about the well-being of people on all sides of what has been happening and full of questions.”
‘All of us at This Morning gave our love and support to someone who was not telling the truth, who acted in a way that they themselves felt they had to quit ITV and abandon a career they loved. “There’s a lot to process.”
‘It’s equally difficult to see the toll this has taken on his own mental health. I think what unites us all now is the desire to heal for the health and well-being of all.’
She added: “I hope that as we begin this new chapter and return to the place of warmth and magic that the show has for all of us, we can find strength in each other.”
‘And from the bottom of my heart, can I just say thank you for all your kind messages and thank you for being here this morning? “Myself, Josie, Dermot, Alison, Craig and every person who works on this show will continue to work hard every day.”
Phillip doesn’t mention his former co-star Holly in his new TV show Cast Away, but he does attack his former colleagues several times.
Despite mentioning ITV co-stars Ant and Dec, as well as Joanna Lumley, 78, Holly is not mentioned at all during the 45-minute episode.
It comes after Holly ignored Phillip’s recent ‘blow’ while appearing on new survival show Cast Away.

Holly is seen wishing Fearne a happy birthday in the past.
The couple is seen together at an event in 2012.
In an outburst that will leave viewers wondering if it’s directed at her, Schofield says, “When you throw someone under a bus, you have to have a very good reason for doing it.”
‘I got into television because I love the nuts and bolts of television, I never wanted to be famous. I’m not worried about that.
‘I miss parts of it. I miss most of it, I’m honest. But there are parts that I really, really, really don’t miss.
‘You learn a lot about people. I don’t miss it.’
Holly left This Morning on October 23 after presenting the show alongside Phillip for 14 years.
