Helen Skelton’s ex-husband Richie Myler has become a father for the second time with new partner Stephanie Thirkill, MailOnline can reveal.
The 34-year-old rugby ace welcomed son Freddie with Stephanie and the couple already share a daughter, Olivia, who was born in May 2023.
Richie’s new arrival comes seven months after his divorce from former Strictly star Helen, 41, was finalised following their split two years ago.
The Morning Live presenter was married to Richie for eight years before announcing on Instagram that he had “left the family home” just four months after the birth of their youngest daughter, Elsie.
Helen, who left Radio 5 Live last year to spend more time with her children, and Richie also share sons Ernie, eight, and Louis, five, making the sportsman a father of five.

MailOnline understands that Richie and Stephanie welcomed son Freddie into their family three months ago.
Stephanie has updated her Instagram bio to read that she is the proud mother of children Olivia and Freddie.
It also includes Richie’s name followed by a heart and dog emoji, in homage to the family pet, Ralph.
Hinting that she and Richie may have made their relationship official, she also changed her name to ‘Stephanie Emily Myler’.
Richie’s partner is the daughter of Leeds Rhinos chairman Andrew Thirkill, the rugby club he played for from 2017 until last year.
In June, Helen moved out of the marital home she previously shared with Richie after selling the £1million Yorkshire property.
She currently lives with her parents, who help her take care of Helen’s children while she works and decides on her next long-term plan.
In her autobiography, In My Stride, Helen recalls her 2022 split and how it took her by surprise: “I was in shock. I know after a breakup, people often say they didn’t see it coming and it sounds cliché, but that was the case for me.”
Helen returned to her presenting role on Morning Live last month after the summer break, where she presents alongside Gethin Jones.

Speaking about her time on the BBC show, she said: ‘I think we all at some point need a little reminder of, ‘You’re actually really good at this, here’s your invisible crown, put it on.’
‘I thought, ‘Well, I’m approaching 40, I’ve just had another child. I’m alone. I’ve changed my life, I’ve moved house.’
“I was in a bit of a difficult situation, but the dancers were like, ‘Oh my God, you have three kids, that’s amazing. You bought a house, that’s amazing.'”
