The superstar singer, 55, could be seen entering the World Market in Sherman Oaks before returning with a shopping cart during the daytime outing.
Gwen rocked a chic ensemble of distressed blue jeans and a simple black long-sleeved blouse during the outing.
The Hollaback Girl singer added a striking, colorful plaid vest that featured a dog-tooth pattern on the fold of the collar and two large pockets.
She carried her belongings in a La Milanesa tote bag that was adorned with mini stuffed animal puppets.

The shopping trip comes after fans branded the singer “unrecognizable” for her dramatic new look on the latest episode of The Voice.
Gwen returned to the show as a trainer in Monday’s Battle round, but it was her hairstyle that stole the show.
The No Doubt star ditched her signature icy platinum locks for warm, wavy blonde tresses with prominent bangs that framed her face.
After the episode, fans flooded social media with discussions about Gwen’s surprising hairstyle choice, with one writing: “Please Gwen, the blonde (mop) wig looks HORRIBLE.”
She debuted the sunny new hairstyle on season 26 of the music talent show.
Earlier this year, Gwen announced a new album titled Bouquet.
It comes after fans branded Gwen “unrecognizable” for her dramatic new look on the latest episode of The Voice.

And the No Doubt veteran also shared that she will be singing a duet with her husband, country singer Blake Shelton.
“My fifth studio album, Bouquet, will be in full bloom on November 15th,” the diva wrote in her caption.
