Panthers winger Brian To’o has revealed the fun food he eats on game day just hours before running out onto the field, which includes burgers and an incredible amount of Coca-Cola Zero.

To’o, 25, recently scored his 100th first grade game for the Panthers after being told he wasn’t old enough to play in the NRL.

After making their debut in 2018, the St Mary’s junior have now appeared in four grand finals and have three premiership rings.

Recently, a viral video showed To’o telling a fan that he has “a big breakfast and six Coca-Cola Zeros” before playing.

To’o also posted a clip of himself on social media, titled “Game Day Ritual,” with footage of himself sitting with two large burgers in front of him, a large bowl of hot fries, and at least five glasses. big Coca-Cola.

“His diet is the most unique I’ve seen in a rugby league player,” teammate Nathan Cleary said.

“I’ve never seen someone eat four cans of Coca-Cola and 10 hash browns for breakfast on game day.

“He manages to do it and is still a beast on the field, so congratulations to him.”

To’o’s teammate Jarome Luai once theorized that the winger’s unusual diet was the secret to his success.

“He’s a little different and has recovered from injuries several times, also quite bad ones,” Luai said.

It’s probably what he eats. It’s the worst diet in NRL history, but it’s working for him. Chicken and cheese…full stop. I can’t reveal anything more.

In 2023, To’o and his wife Moesha welcomed their first child, Atreus.

The NRL star announced the exciting news via Instagram, sharing several photos of the newborn, who arrived on October 22.

In her post, the Penrith star revealed that her son’s full name is Atreus Gohanrome-Stephenny To’o.

“Sometimes the smallest things take up the most space in your heart,” the married couple captioned their post.

‘Thank you God for blessing us with our baby.’

Atreus’s middle name refers to the fictional character Gohan from the manga and anime series Dragon Ball.

It is suggested that the other part of his middle name is a nod to Brian’s three Panthers teammates: Jarome Luai, Stephen Crichton and Spencer Leniu.
