Sami Sheen showed off his “dreamy” new nose on Monday while having lunch at Cafe Urth in Los Angeles, two weeks after undergoing rhinoplasty.
The 20-year-old daughter of Denise Richards, 53, and Charlie Sheen, 58, was spotted enjoying a meal with a friend, with her nose looking noticeably more refined and uplifted.
The OnlyFans model sported a casual look for the outing, wearing a black tank top and grey sweatpants.
Her blonde locks were parted in two and cascaded down in a straight style. She opted for a makeup-free look, showing off her flawless complexion.
Earlier this month, Sami shocked fans when she revealed she had undergone surgery to achieve her ideal nose shape.

Sami worked with Beverly Hills-based surgeon Dr. Deepak Dugar, who specializes in what he calls “scarless nose” work.
It is a closed rhinoplasty that involves making incisions inside the nose so that none of the cuts are visible externally and provides more natural results when performed correctly.
Open rhinoplasties can sometimes result in scarring on the underside of the nose, especially on the columella, which is the band of tissue that separates the nostrils.
A scarless rhinoplasty costs approximately $19,000 to $24,000, and healing can take as little as a week.
Speaking about the procedure, Dr Dugar told DailyMail.com that he took a “delicate approach” to rhinoplasty in order to give patients the most natural results possible.
“The nose they should have been born with is already there. I just want to refine it and make it pop. I don’t want to recreate a TikTok or Instagram nose on their faces,” she explained.
Dr. Dugar estimates that the vast majority of celebrities who have had nose jobs have done so with a closed, scar-free procedure.
“I’m part of an 80-year-old practice here in Beverly Hills that does celebrity nose jobs and I can tell you that most celebrity rhinoplasties are closed rhinoplasties with no scars because of discretion,” he explained.
“They don’t want people to know that they’ve had a nose job. There’s still a taboo and a stigma, no matter who you are. They want very natural results that look like what they were born with,” she continued.

She shared her recovery process.
“I know she was very anxious about having the surgery because she’s young and she’s also very aware of the stigmas surrounding plastic surgery,” Dr. Dugar explained.
Sami said she had wanted to have the procedure done for five years and was forced to Photoshop her selfies because her natural nose (pictured) “photographed horribly.”
‘The cookie cutter, TikTok, Instagram, Turkish rhinoplasty, the “Barbie nose” as they call it, everyone knows you can’t actually be born with that.
‘It’s like I’m wearing extremely white veneers. It’s almost like a status symbol, but everyone knows they’re fake. The problem is, if you’re an A-list actor or a celebrity, you don’t want people to know you have a fake nose. You want to look your best, of course, but you want to look very natural.’
As for Sami’s treatment, Dr. Dugar said the model was nervous about going under the knife.
“Sammy is a beautiful girl who suffered for years from her drooping nose,” she said.
‘She went through several consultations before deciding to have the surgery with me. I know she was very anxious about having the surgery because she is young and she is also very aware of the stigmas surrounding plastic surgery.
“And being the daughter of two very famous parents, of course I was nervous to do this, but I was also very excited.”
Dr. Dugar said the surgery itself was “phenomenal” and he looks forward to everyone seeing the final results.
“It’s going to be stunning and she’ll be stunned by how beautiful it is,” he enthused.
Shortly after surgery, Sami took to TikTok to share her joy at going under the knife.
“I’m so happy I finally made it! Thank you for everything @deepakdugarmd you are truly the best surgeon out there!” she wrote.
Sami, who currently works as an OnlyFans creator, first went under the knife last year to get a boob job.

Sami also confessed that she had been wanting to have her nose done for five years.
“I had to Photoshop every single photo I took because they looked horrible,” she wrote.
‘So droopy and too big for my face.’
Sami said she met with several surgeons before deciding on Dr. Dugar for the procedure, which was performed on Aug. 12.
‘It’s only the second day of my recovery, but I already feel like a new woman and I’m so happy to have finally gotten the nose of my dreams.’
Some of Dr. Dugar’s past celebrity clients include TikTok sensation Madi Monroe, adult film star Mia Khalifa, and Vanderpump Rules alum Dayna Kathan.
