Newly filed accounts reveal the production company enjoyed a massive turnover of £246.4m last year, generating a profit of £77.4m.
Matthew’s earnings come despite disappointing reviews for his latest release, Argylle.
The accounts state that Marv’s activities include ‘film production services, film and television distribution and brand licensing and management of the Kingsman and Claudia Schiffer brands’.
Matthew, 53, and supermodel Claudia, also 53, have rejected the dividend payment.
Argylle was a box office flop despite its star-studded cast and massive £150m production budget.
The spy film, which critics recently called “one of the worst movies ever made,” featured a slew of stars, including Dua Lipa, who joined Henry Cavill, Bryce Dallas Howard, Bryan Cranston, Sam Rockwell, Catherine O’Hara, Sofia Boutella, Ariana DeBose, John Cena and Samuel L. Jackson.
It was reported that £61 million was invested in the film’s marketing budget.
It premiered at Odeon Luxe Leicester Square in London, England on January 24 and was released the following month.
Claudia has been married to British film director Matthew Vaughn for 22 years.
The story centers on a successful, reclusive spy novelist whose quiet life is turned upside down when “the plot of the new book she’s writing begins to reflect real-world events, in real time,” according to IMDb.
Matthew worked from a script by Wonder Woman’s Jason Fuchs.
Argylle’s initial reviews were less than flattering and may have influenced viewers to avoid the star-studded film.
It currently has a critical score of 33 percent. Rotten tomatoesalthough the audience rating is much better, now at 72 percent.
As for the Critics Consensus, it said: ‘Argylle capitalizes on its silly, energetic take on the spy thriller, but ultimately exhausts its appeal with a convoluted plot and an overly long runtime.’

‘A talented cast trapped in a never-ending story with a fake cat,’ said Matt Singer of Screen crush he joked.
David Fear of Rolling Stone He kept his review simple and concise, writing: “Argylle is a bad movie. A very, very bad movie.”
“It’s all starting to look like one of those very expensive, very elaborate commercials for a pseudo-luxury product you don’t want to buy: a perfume, perhaps, or a car,” wrote Leslie Felperin of the Hollywood Reporter.
In addition to making the Kingsman series, Marv was behind Rocketman, Kick-Ass, Snatch and Layer Cake, among other hits.
The supermodel shares daughter Clementine, 19, as well as another daughter Cosima, 13, and son Caspar, 21, with her husband and filmmaker Matthew.
In an essay written for The Guardian last year in April, Claudia revealed that her two daughters have also developed a love for fashion.
“I’ve kept a lot of pieces over the years, including my Valentino wedding dress,” she explained. “My daughters are also starting to wear my vintage pieces, but with their own style.”
“I love seeing how they put their outfits together. Sharing clothes, swapping and buying used items seems like a natural thing for my daughters’ generation.”
The beauty has been filtering through a very busy year so far, and recently made a glamorous appearance at the premiere of Argylle in London – and brought a very special guest with her.

‘It’s been fantastic for marketing fashion and beauty products, and for models, social media is a great way to manage their own exposure.’
However, he added, “the other side of the big exposure is perhaps the pressure to share everything with everyone. In the 1990s, you could still have a private life…”
