Chrissy Teigen admitted she’s “afraid” Donald Trump will “come after her” because of her outspoken opinions if he becomes president again.
The model, 38, opened up about her fears alongside her husband John Legend at the annual Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity on Monday.
While Chrissy called the former president “unhinged,” the singer-songwriter admitted that “it’s crucial that he doesn’t get re-elected.”
The couple, who are fully supportive of President Biden, said it is a “strange feeling” not knowing what would happen if Trump were to return to power.
Chrissy also reflected on the time she tagged Trump ‘B**** a** b****’ on X, formerly known as Twitter, in 2019, calling the moment a ‘career highlight’ after he contacted Twitter demanding to remove his post.

She said: ‘It’s also a little scary, because it’s, “Oh, he’s aware of me.” What could really happen because of that? Obviously we know he’s unhinged, but could he really haunt you in other ways? It’s a strange feeling.’
John said the idea of Trump going after him and Chrissy was just one small reason why people should make sure “he I never came within a mile of the White House again.
And he added: ‘We are going to be active. “We’re going to the White House on the way home from here and we’re going to support President Biden.”
The singer-songwriter looked dapper in a silver shirt and pants as he chatted on stage with model and host Kara Swisher.
Chrissy stunned in a black and white striped strapless dress and elevated her figure with sophisticated high heels.
At one point, the happy couple, who married in 2013, burst out laughing on stage.

Although the couple flirted with the idea of impregnating two separate surrogates at once, Chrissy changed her mind.

“I want to try carrying it one more time,” he told John. ‘If it doesn’t work, we’ll be fine. We’ve already seen the worst.’
Chrissy duly set out to conceive Esti through in vitro fertilization, “the same process that gave us our beautiful Luna and Miles.”
They also enlisted the help of a surrogate named Alexandra, whom Chrissy showered with praise at Wren’s birth announcement.
“I wanted to be her best friend, I wanted my kids to play, I wanted to have dinner together, I wanted to lay my head on her belly and be able to feel the hiccups and the kicks,” Chrissy wrote on Instagram.
‘We want to thank you for this incredible gift you have given us, Alexandra. And we are so happy to tell the world that he is here, with a name forever connected to you, Wren Alexander Stephens,” she shared.
‘Our hearts and our home are officially full. And to our Jack, we know that both of our angel kisses are yours,” Chrissy concluded poignantly.
“Thank you for choosing me,” Alexandra wrote in the comments. ‘For making this whole experience so wonderful. For loving me and my family with all your heart. It was truly an honor to bring the perfect Wren into the world with you by my side.
