The 42-year-old star and her convict appeared to enjoy a meal together at the popular celebrity spot on Tuesday.
Their sighting comes weeks after the pop princess declared she was “single as f***” on her Instagram stories.

Paul was in the driver’s seat of Britney’s Mercedes G500 SUV after their meal, with Britney in the passenger seat.
Britney cut a casual figure in a purple and white top and white denim shorts, along with a straw hat and slip-on sandals.
Paul opted for a loose white t-shirt with a blue and white checked button-down shirt on top, along with jeans and trainers.
In early July, Britney hinted that she had split from Paul in a candid post about her single life.
The “Oops! I Did it Again…” singer took to Instagram to declare herself “single as f***.”
She shared a quote from Instagram user @therandomvibez that read: ‘Her attitude is wild, but her heart is gold.’
However, the most interesting thing was the caption she shared with her Instagram followers and which she deleted.
She said: “Single as f***!!! I will never be with another man as long as I live!!!”
The post came at an interesting time, as she had been dating Paul for the past few months.
He was initially linked to the Hit Me Baby singer as a cleaner and handyman on her staff, but reportedly later became her lover.
She had previously accused Soliz of working with the paparazzi in a previously posted Instagram story.

Nicole Mancilla, 36, told DailyMail.com that Soliz cheated on her with Britney, has not paid the bills for his five children with her or his other children with other women, but still tries to visit her at her mother’s home in Sylmar, California.
“Let them know that my husband fell into Britney Spears’ trap. He was married and now he is denying his children,” Mancilla said. “He is neglecting his children for her.”

The star concluded the statement by trying to explain why she felt compelled to explain herself when announcing the new big US city she’s moving to.
Britney continued: ‘I guess I’m just a girl and I’m on my period so I’m crazy… shit!!! I also sprained my ankle last night and the paramedics showed up at my door illegally.
“They never came into my room, but I felt completely harassed. I’m moving to Boston! Peace (peace sign emoji)”
However, a source close to Britney told DailyMail.com at the time: “She was in Hollywood celebrating the finalisation of her divorce. She twisted her ankle at the hotel and someone from the hotel called the ambulance to make sure they weren’t held responsible for any injuries she had sustained.”
The source added: “When the ambulance arrived, the police arrived. She was resting when they arrived, hence the blanket and pillow. They examined her and left after determining it was nothing serious. Of course, this was disconcerting to her. And no, she is not moving to Boston.”
This comes after she sparked concerns about a “mental health crisis” at the Chateau Marmont in the early hours of Thursday morning when shocking photos showed the barefoot star wrapped in a blanket being escorted to emergency services.
