Another of Portelli’s luxury purchases is on display: a McLaren P1, which sells in Australia for an estimated $2 million.

Portelli, who has a known taste for flashy cars, showed off his McLaren Senna last month via his social media.

The property investor posted a photo gallery on Instagram showing the rare vehicle that was housed in his high-rise penthouse overlooking Melbourne.

He also unveiled a new addition to his collection, a black 2023 Lamborghini Huracan STO, valued at $800,000, which sits on the lower deck.

“There is never enough space to store toys,” Portelli wrote alongside the photos.

The luxury sports cars in his penthouse had to be lifted by crane to the 57th floor from outside the building.

In May, Portelli splashed out on the luxury penthouse, breaking a record for the city’s most expensive apartment after paying a whopping $39 million.

He will reportedly use the property as a weekend getaway.

Portelli reached number 115 on The List (Australia’s 250 richest) with an estimated fortune of $1.3 billion obtained thanks to his promotions company LMCT+.
