The actor, 51, took Violet, 18, Fin, 15, and their friends to Kaz The Soba Place for dinner amid growing rumours that his marriage to Jennifer Lopez, 54, ended months ago.
Violet, who is the spitting image of her mother Jennifer Garner, 52, showed off her close bond with her father as they hugged each other while walking into the restaurant.
Ben seemingly put his marital problems aside and looked like he was enjoying spending quality time with his children.
The actor wore a casual checked shirt, grey T-shirt and jeans, while Violet opted for a navy jumper and a white and blue printed skirt.

Meanwhile, J-Lo touched down in New York City on Monday — and was still wearing her wedding ring — following a bombshell report claiming her marriage to Ben was “over months ago.”

The couple’s love story began in 2002, when they dated during the filming of the movie Jersey Girl. They got engaged the following year, but split in 2004. They then rekindled their romance in the spring of 2021.
The duo tied the knot in a Las Vegas ceremony in July 2022, followed by a lavish wedding at their Georgia estate in August 2022.
The couple, who have not been photographed together in almost a month, have been at the centre of split rumours for months and are said to be “on the verge of divorce”.
But despite their marital problems, the source added that Ben is “very protective of Jennifer.”

“He seems to be doing well. He’s been in his office every day and seems focused on work. He’s also spending time with his children.”
Jennifer, on the other hand, seems to be trying to enjoy some fun this summer as she was spotted in Paris and then in Italy with close friends.
It seems the two are still in touch. They have business ties: J-Lo is set to star in two upcoming films for Affleck and Matt Damon’s production company. Those films are Unstoppable and Kiss Of The Spider Woman.
This comes a week after a source told DailyMail.com that Jennifer was “done” trying to make her marriage to Ben work.

The source adds that the main reason JLo left her husband was because he was always “grumpy and negative” like Oscar the Grouch from Sesame Street.
Jennifer is sad about the end of her nuptials, but “is trying to make the most of it by working out, spending time with her twins Max and Emme, and making new plans for 2025,” they continued.
One of those new plans is to resume her This Is Me… Live tour in the summer of 2025, when she turns 56. She canceled the 2024 tour that was scheduled to begin in July to “recover.”
“She’s excited to go on tour next year when her personal life is calmer and she can connect with her fans. She’ll bring her tribe with her and make the most of the opportunity,” the source said.
