Actor Avinash Tiwary, who was last seen in the film Madgaon Expressrecently discussed his Laila Majnu co-star Triptii Dimri, who was dubbed India’s “national crush” after her impressive performance in the blockbuster Animal alongside Ranbir Kapoor. Speaking to Indian Express, the actor said, “There was a breakthrough moment for her and all the credibility she earned for that has given her so much more love. I hope something like that would happen to me too.” Besides Laila Majnu, Avinash and Triptii worked in the Netflix film Bolbul.
Talking about his role in Madgaon Express, Avinash said, “I had three very intense shows just before Madgaon Express – Khakee, Bambai Meri Jaan and Kaala. It’s not the right thing to say, nor is it true that this was easier. ” “, but I would say that it was less taxing for me to play Madgaon than all the other parts. That’s why I felt a bit liberated. There was no burden of certain characteristics to reduce the severity of the intensity of the characters I played before It gave me a breath of fresh air, I felt lighter. Meanwhile Avinash latest movie Madgaon Express witnessed a dip on the first Friday. On Day 8, the film collected ₹85 lakh through ticket counters, as reported by Sacnilk. So far, this comedy-drama has grossed ₹14.35 crore at the domestic box office.
