Australian comedian Joe Avati is set to splash out millions of dollars on a massive renovation of his gorgeous Melbourne home.
Located in the prestigious Hawthorn East postcode, the original property is a heritage property with five bedrooms and three bathrooms.

Avati, 50, who has an international following as a touring artist, told the Herald of the Sun On Friday he plans to add a huge, ultra-modern extension to the house.
The extensive renovation will raise the property’s value to about $14 million.
The new 743-square-metre building will be designed by Melbourne-based Ridolfi Architecture.
They will include a gym, a cold-water pool, a spa, a sauna and even a wellness centre.
The star comedian, who is of Calabrian descent, also plans to make his own salami and prosciutto in a new purpose-built cold kitchen cellar.

Avati told the publication that he hopes to begin construction on the property in 2025.
The Big Mamma’s Boy producer further explained that the construction itself will take about two years to fully complete.

Known for his wry humour, the Italian-Australian comedian has a huge following in Italy.
She is also known to have a huge fan base in the UK, US and Canada and in 2021 she embarked on a massive world tour.
