Alison Hammond made a mistake in ballet class by falling during a live dance session on This Morning on Tuesday.
The presenter, 49, joined Dermot O’Leary wearing a tutu as they took part in the activity with the Silver Swans, who run dance classes for older people, on the ITV daytime show.
But Alison almost fell on her face while attempting a low demi plié as part of the class.
She ended up on all fours as she fell in the funny moment when her teacher remained very serious in the midst of the chaos.
Alison then struggled to her feet again as she screamed, ‘I can’t get back up now, though!’

The presenter, 49, accompanied Dermot O’Leary wearing a tutu at the event with the Silver Swans, who organize dance classes for older people, on the ITV daytime show.
The teacher then advised her to pretend that there was an egg balancing on her head in a stern voice, to help her with her posture and control.
Then the teacher added: ‘Okay, let’s take things easy!’
Dermot also channeled his inner prima ballerina as he took his This Morning ballet lesson to heart and hit the barre for a spin.
Some fans on Twitter reacted to the hilarious moment when one said: “You can’t stop @AlisonHammond from doing cartwheels,” along with a laughing-crying emoji.
Another said: ‘I loved the swan ballet dancers class just now! Bless them!’
It comes after it was revealed that Alison will front a new BBC entertainment series where she will spend 48 hours with some of the UK’s best-loved celebrities.
