Also known as Anne Rice’s Mayfair Witches, the series premiered its first season on January 8, 2023, simultaneously on AMC and its streaming platform, AMC+.
Following its renewal for a second season in February 2023, the show made its debut on the BBC 10 months after its initial broadcast in the United States.
Joining the cast of the second installment are Thora Birch as Gifford Mayfair, Ted Levine as Julien Mayfair and Alyssa Jirrels as Moira Mayfair, according to radio times.

The show is based on a series of books by the late fantasy-horror novelist Anne Rice, whose literary efforts included Interview with the Vampire.
Spaulding continued: “That’s really a provocation, more than anything.”
“There’s a whole section in the book where Rowan is in Europe and there’s some stuff in Scotland and there’s a lot of generations in Scotland.”
Added: “Of course we play Scotland this season, but it’s been really exciting to think about that for season two.”
AMC teased last season: “Rowan is no longer the only key witch in Mayfair’s history.”
