Her sister Gracie made sure to turn heads in a vibrant yellow floral print suit with embroidered lapels and black cuffs.
She completed her fashionable ensemble with a pair of chunky black boots and was all smiles as she posed arm in arm with Miranda.
The red carpet remained a family affair as Miranda’s husband Peter O’Brien and daughter Darcey also joined them that night.
The family came out to celebrate the release of filmmaker Gracie’s new documentary, Revealed: Otto by Otto, about 83-year-old veteran Australian actor Barry Otto.
Gracie’s film has been described as “absorbing”, but not a traditional biopic. Rather, it is “a deeply personal reflection on her relationship with her father, filmed over five years, at the twilight of her career and as her health deteriorates.”
Actor Peter, 61, who met Miranda in 2003 while they were together in a stage production of A Doll’s House, wore an all-black ensemble for the occasion.
She added a pop of color to her outfit with a bright red scarf as she smiled for the cameras.
Meanwhile, her daughter Darcey kept it simple as she wore a long black coat over a white dress.
Miranda is the daughter of legendary actor and artist Barry and his first wife Lindsay Otto, while Gracie’s parents are Barry and his second wife Susan Hill.
For the premiere, Miranda showed off her style in a bright snake-print coat, which she paired with a navy blue blouse and black pants.

Barry (pictured in 2015) has enjoyed an impressive film and theater career spanning over 50 years and is known for his roles in films such as Bliss, Cosi and Strictly Ballroom.
The family kept Barry’s diagnosis a secret for a while, partly so he could continue working, but felt the film could help others deal with the illness.
“Obviously, every family goes through this in a different way and there are difficult moments, moments of anger and moments of frustration,” Otto told the Sydney Morning Herald. “But you can watch it and also watch the comedy.”
