West Ham defender Kurt Zouma inspired a stag do in Leeds, leaving spectators stunned and many on social media in stitches.
In February 2022, footage emerged of Zouma, and his brother Yoan, abusing a cat in their kitchen, eventually leading to the couple being prosecuted by the RSPCA.
The Frenchman pleaded guilty to two charges under the Animal Welfare Act when he appeared at Thames Magistrates’ Court, east London, in May 2022.
As a result, West Ham fined Zouma two weeks’ wages worth £250,000 and sentenced him to 180 hours of community service.
His actions have attracted renewed attention after a bachelor wearing full Hammers kits with his name on the back chased a boyfriend dressed as a cat.

This is not the first time Zouma has been mocked since the incident. Rival fans quickly mocked him in matches following the video’s release.
The group headed to a Cats Protection charity shop in Headingly and were seen playfully kicking the groom in front of the shop.
Last year, the 29-year-old reflected on the incident and revealed that the experience had been tough on both him and his family.
“We’ve been through a lot.” He told the Evening Standard. ‘I made a mistake, I know, I made a bad one. I have to apologize again for what I have done, but life is about moving forward.
“My wife and my children, my family, everyone around me, even at the club, the boys, the fans, the people have helped me in everything. It affected me but they helped me and I have kept a smile on my face, because Here I am.’
