The model-turned-special-police-constable, 53, showed off her ageless physique in the printed mini that featured a thigh-high hemline and crossover waist along with a plunging neckline with a ruffled edge.
She was beaming as she left the iconic venue with her rocker husband hot on her heels in a signature quirky ensemble.
Rod, 79, to whom Penny has been married since 2007, wore a smart cream jacket with black trousers and his favorite Celtic tie bar.
The septuagenarian was seen frolicking with his stunning wife, as they stuck their heads out from behind the establishment’s doors in cheeky style.

Penny had a brief, cheerful word with him as he opened the car door and she pulled out her brown Chanel bag to get ready.
The couple certainly seemed to have had a wonderful evening, as they emerged with beaming smiles before driving away in a waiting taxi.
The Loose Women panellist is Rod’s third wife and mother of his youngest sons, Alistair, 18, and Aiden, 13. The couple began dating in 1999.
Rod recently took to Instagram to share a sweet photo of Alistair and Aiden, alongside his ice hockey player son Liam, 29, who he shares with ex Rachel Hunter.
In the image, which he published last month, the family was beaming after ice hockey player Liam’s victory in the National Ice Hockey League Cup in England, with his team Milton Keynes Lightning, for which he has played since 2019.
He added a caption alongside the photo that read: “Proudest dad could be, congratulations @mklightningihc @discostew94.”
Liam, who is the team’s forward, Alistair and Aidan join Rod’s vast brood, which also includes Sean, 43, and Kimberly, 44, with ex-wife Alana Stewart; his daughter Ruby, 36, with her ex-girlfriend Kelly Emberg; Liam’s sister Renée, 31; and Sara, 59.
Rod, who has had 10 UK number one albums, sold the rights to his music and image to Irving Azoff’s Iconic Artists Group for just under $100 million.
