Madrigal has since revealed that he and his employees are shocked by the incident and that he is now prioritizing protecting his employees and customers.

“I’m concerned that things have come to this point, but I guess this is the world we live in. We need to find this person because he’s hurting someone, right, both emotionally and physically, and that’s not right.” said.
